Excellent product so far
I have been using this product for a day now; it is effective for a deep tissue massage for those delicate areas. Very quality firmness of the ball, better than my previous plastic massage ball.Dependent on the pressure you use, the pain (it is good pain) will be felt at deferring degrees, but ensure not to feel an overly excruciating pain. It comes with a manual and instructions.I would highly recommend this for everyone (but mainly those with tight muscle fibres - athletes) to encourage increased blood flow to those areas and to encourage elasticity of the muscle fibres. So far so good, I may review again at a latter stage.

Brilliant
This is one of those things I never knew I needed. I can get tension relief by using this ball and it feels amazing. It comes with instructions on how to use it, which is useful for newbies like myself. I found myself using this ball, mainly to release tensed up nerves (top upper back near the spine) and it is great at.

Better than a tennis ball for foot pain relief!
This is a solid ball, which makes it much easier to use to relieve foot pain: it doesn't squash down with pressure, like a tennis ball would/does, but it does mean that there is little give, which might initially be a bit more painful. It also absorbs less hair than a tennis ball, if used on a carpet! As a lacrosse ball, it's usable for sports too! (just not recommended for the house, as it's a very dense ball! :P)

Genuine ? ? ? ? ?
The Ball is solid and works as intended. However the one I received has no stamp on it as shown in the purchase picture, which make me wonder if this is actually a genuine product that meets the standards>Is this a "MEETS NCAA SPECS fine-toned MEETS NOCSAE STANDARS" Product ?????

My best purchase this year by far
A friend at work told me about the Lacrosse Ball for trigger point massage. I have pain management issues with my lower back and hip area. I have physiotherapy when I can afford and the Doctor's just want to manage my pain through medication.. This little technique has made such a massive difference. I just lay on the floor on top of the ball and role around on the painful areas. It really gets to the deep muscle areas and breaks down the knots and releases the deep muscle tension. So much so that i have already started to sleep better after just on week. As with any of these issues it is not an instant fix but must be used on a regular bases and always stop if to painful. My best purchase this year by far.

Good for rolling out feet before ballet
I use this to roll my feet before and after ballet class and it works great. It has a nice firmness and is a good size for rolling arches. Okay for rolling hips, but a smaller ball might work better for that. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent for trigger points
This lacrosse ball is perfect for getting to the muscles of my back & shoulder, particularly buy leaning on it against a wall. There are some instructions included. I have a mild scoliosis and as a result have a lot of muscle strain & some serious muscle knots/trigger points. My partner no longer has to strain his thumbs trying to massage them out! And he also frequently uses it too for the IT band & foot arch. This was also a decent price & was delivered quickly with prime.I would definitely buy again if this one ever went missing!

PF may not be the most painful (that would be when your back seizes up) but ...
I am writing similar reviews for other products I bought in an attempt to beat plantar fasciitis (PF). I play football twice a week and at my mature age I get injuries (six different ones in two years to be precise). PF may not be the most painful (that would be when your back seizes up) but it is the hardest to get rid of, and every injury I have causes me to miss playing the game I love and also to miss out on valuable physical exercise. I've played twice since I started using this ball and a foot roller, also using the other products which are a kit containing separate day and night support socks and a hot/cold massager, and orthotic insoles. The other thing I did was find an e-book by a young guy who was confined to a wheelchair for five months with PF and who seems to have worked out a system of exercise and massage and other techniques.Whatever it is, something is working and my feet feel a lot better. If you suffer from PF (you will know when your heel hurts and the outside edges of your feet feel like your shoes are too tight), my advice is to make a list of the things you can do to beat it. I reckon in all it's cost me around £70, which includes putting orthotic insoles in every pair of shoes I wear, but it's worth it.
