I initially enjoyed using this gimbal—it worked perfectly for a while and met my expectations. However, for the second time now, it has developed a frustrating issue: it won’t charge beyond 1%, even with mild use and proper care. This recurring problem raises serious concerns about its durability and quality control.To make matters worse, reaching the seller has been impossible. Their contact number is unreachable, and they have completely ignored my emails. This experience underscores the importance of choosing brands with reliable customer support. If the product fails, you should at least have confidence that the company will address the issue—a standard this seller unfortunately does not meet.I cannot recommend this product to anyone until the manufacturer addresses both the quality and their after-sales service.

This is my first Gimbal. After many reasearches and reviews decided on buying this. Used this Gimbal for my first professional video assignment last week and it performed very well with both my DSLR and mirrorless.

The nob is making some buzzing sound is it wrong or not iam not sure please can someone help me ? Is your scorp 2 is making the same noise??

Once try this gimbal, but I'm 100% not satisfied.. finally don't purchase

Product is good but it is giving noise while 360° rotation. I would request company to pls return my produce and provide me without noise one gimble.
