Love this!!
Wow! I feel like I'm drinking a latte from a coffee shop right in my home! This is amazing! I will say if you prefer your coffee black you probably won't like this, but I need something in my coffee for it to be palatable for me and I think there are many who feel the same. This product was made for us! It smells SO good when you open the package. I made it according to directions in hot water. It's only slightly sweet so if you prefer your latte a little sweeter you can always add some sweetened creamer or sweetener of some sort, same as with any other coffee. I can taste a touch of cinnamon in it as well as some vanilla. I used my frother and it mixed up great, not even anything at the bottom of the cup. I love that it is something I can drink and feel good about drinking, I can't recommend this enough!

Makes instant coffee taste good. Less sodium than shown! Nutrition Facts are slightly different...
I enjoy the "Organic Traditions Focus Fuel Instant Coffee - Lions Mane Mushroom Coffee Blend ..." for times when I don't have time to make a full pot of coffee. Just add 1.5 TBL to 6-8 oz hot water. It does have that instant coffee taste but has some sweetness & other good flavors along with the 95mg of caffeine. I'm not normally a fan of instant coffee but I do like this and appreciate it when I'm short on time. Lion's mane is a mushroom I've been reading a lot about since I first had it fresh last summer. The powder comes in a foil lined pouch with a ziplock-type closure. It doesn't always seal easily so I use a binder clip. Use by date on my package is 11/2025 (received 2/2024). Product of USA.I was happy to see the lower sodium content. The Nutrition Facts on my package are different than what is shown on the listing. Great coffee alternative, or just mushroom yummyness
I liked this but honestly, i don't know if whats on the label is actually in it, or if it's a bunch of trash. its kinda the risk of buying supplements in general since there's zero regulations but whatever. It definitely tastes good though, and works well in both water and nut milk, both of which ive used for a morning alternative to coffee.

Not a good coffee
If you like coffee and think this might be a healthier choice, think again. You're trading traditional coffee for something that tastes vastly different. It neither tastes like coffee nor provides the same energizing effect. In my opinion, Vietnamese instant coffee is a much better alternative to this product.

This is a Good One When it Comes to Mushroom Coffee Blends
I've tried a half-dozen different mushroom coffees and so far, I have enjoyed this Organic Traditions Focus Fuel Instant Coffee the most. First, it is definitely heavy on the coconut scent in the package, but the flavor is only a mild coconutty note once added to water or hot milk. The instant coffee used is mid-roast, not dark roast, so there is no bitterness. The result is a richer, fuller flavor than the other varieties I have tried. I have tried this with boiling water, steamed milk, and cold water, finding it dissolves best with super hot water. It clumps a littler easier than others, but don't let than turn you away, it's the coconut oils that likely need the heat to break down. Because I cannot live without caffeine, I actually prefer to add a generous scoop of this into my large cup of sbux French roast cup of coffee in the morning. It adds an extra layer of flavor, plus all of the benefits the mushrooms and adaptogens bring, and I get my caffeine. Win-win!

Nope
This is not good at all in my opinion. I had such high hopes for this but it failed me. Just not for me. It does smell really good in the bag which got me excited to taste it but the smell and taste did not match.

Good flavor!
I drink mushroom coffee solely for the health benefits and occasionally just for a change of pace. I've tried a few mushroom coffees that I simply couldn't stomach because they had a strange aftertaste. But this Organic Traditions Focus Fuel Instant Mushroom Coffee is different. Finally a mushroom coffee that I can actually enjoy. I've also learned that I prefer drinking it at room temperature. This packet is a good size for traveling or for just sampling, especially if you're trying to find a brand that suits you.To me, it tastes more like a combination of chai tea and hot cocoa, rather than coffee, even though it contains instant coffee. I usually follow the directions (1.5 T for 6-8 oz water or milk) and then I sometimes adjust according to my mood. It's simple to add a little more until you achieve the concentration that suits you.

Awful
Not a fan of this. It tasted dirty, and left a weird aftertaste. I don't know how people can handle the stuff that is supposed to be healthy because I couldn't stand this for more than a couple cups. I'd rather stick to the regular stuff.
