Plantar Fasciitis Insoles

I wear steel toe boots for work, these soles have worked wonders, specifically helped my flat foot condition. They feel confortable and so far I've worn them for 6 months and still are holding up so yes you algo get good fit and durability both in one product. Im hoping they last throughout the year, so far so good I am 100% satisfied with quality and value.

I deal with mild heel pain and flat feet, so I was mainly looking for something that could give better arch support without making my shoes uncomfortable.First impression: these are definitely firm. Not soft like gel inserts you find in drugstores. The arch support is noticeable right away, especially if you’re not used to structured insoles. The “220+ lbs heavy duty” claim seems accurate in the sense that they don’t flatten out easily, even after long days on my feet.What worked well for me:* The arch support is strong and consistent. It actually holds your foot in place instead of just cushioning it.* Heel cushioning is decent. Not overly soft, but it absorbs impact better than standard insoles.* Good for long standing hours. I’ve used them during travel days and when walking a lot, and they reduced fatigue compared to stock insoles.* They fit well in work boots without sliding around.That said, there are some trade-offs.What didn’t work as well:* Break-in period is real. The first few days felt uncomfortable, almost too rigid. If you’re expecting instant relief, that might not happen.* Not ideal for tight shoes. These are thicker than average, so they can make snug shoes feel cramped.* Arch might be too aggressive for some people. If your feet are sensitive or you have low tolerance for pressure, this could feel like too much.* They don’t “cure” plantar fasciitis. I tried these on a whim, and wow am I glad I did! I use these for pickleball have been dealing with plantar fasciitis in my right foot. Now, I have a great variety of insoles, many recommended by Foot Doctor Zach: Move, Powerstep, Currex and others. I also have the generic Pickleball Insoles that are super cushioned. Well, not one of them are as effective as these for the heel pain from plantar fasciitis. These reduce the pain to near zero. Combined with basic stretching and I'm almost pain free. Amazing!The one drawback with these is that they are thick. So your foot does lift inside the shoe, and if it was a tight fit to begin with, then these may not work for you. But for me, Babolat Jet Mach 4 run on the looser side and these work extremely well. I also like New Balance basketball shoes for pickleball and these are working well for me in them too.Lastly, in the past, I've had Achilles tendonitis. These insoles do have enough heel lift to keep that at bay as well.So again, I'm very glad to have found these. AND being 50% less than the "name brands" doesn't hurt either! I may stock up in case they're discontinued, which does seem to happen with these off brand Chinese imports.

HOKAS INSERT REPLACEMENT! Will update on the feel after 2 weeks!I bought my true to size fit size (8.5) and as you can see in the photos there was a huge gap where the big toe would sit that I could feel while walking around.I decided to take a chance and return the insole and get 2 sizes up (10-10.5) and cut the half-ish inch or so off the top. So far it seems to fit in the shoe, however, the arch seems to have shifted up a bit as well. I’m not sure if that’s a game changer for me yet so I’ll update in a few weeks.

Feels right and for the price it lasted a good while, for someone that stands and moves at work. The material is good quality and it makes my boots feel even better.

I like the semi-rigid plastic arch support. They seem like a well built device for the money, and that they will last some time. However! Be forewarned: these are very bulky, heavily cushioned insoles. They will take up a lot of space in your shoe.I wore them today in a newer pair of hike/street Danners, and found the bulk of these PCSole inserts to be too much for the shoe. They caused my ankle to ride too high in the heel, creating slipping, and friction that would easily lead to blistering. I removed these, and put a flatter, cork based insole back in.Best used in shoes (or boots) with a notably tall profile.

Have been using these insoles for about a month now, and my feet have felt the difference. I work in the restaurant industry and am on my feet 24/7 unless I’m on my break. My hours are about 30 a week or greater, roughly 5-6 days. I’ve been having some sciatica problems for over a year now, in which my doctor said my shoes are one of the causes of my discomfort. I had bought these insoles and a brand new pair of work shoes (skechers slip resistant) and took out the soles that came with the work shoes and put these ones in. The first 3 days, the arches of my feet were a little sore (I might be flat footed I just don’t know lol) and it took that same amount of time for my heels to get used to wearing an insole, after that my feet began to adjust to the insole and i rarely come home with any sciatica pain now. My partner used to have to massage my feet after a shift due to the extreme tightness and pain that radiated through my heels and toes. On top of the massage, I would need to elevate my feet at all times to help the blood flow away from my heels and it didn't really relieve much of the pain. Now I don’t need them massaged because whatever pain I get in my heel, it gets absorbed into the insole. This is my first time purchasing any type of insole for shoes, so to me this is definitely worth your money as someone who is constantly on their feet. They are pretty narrow, so definitely not wide foot friendly, and you can cut off any excess to adjust the size! The smallest size offered was a 6 in women, and I’m a 5 1/2 w, so I had my stepdad cut the excess and it fits perfectly!

La verdad que muy buenas , llevaba los pies reventados de las botas de trabajo y con estas plantillas muchísimo mejor , a los 3 días de usarlas ya noté muchísimo que el dolor de pies y rodillas había bajado a menos de la mitad. Falta ver lo que duran . Pero las recomiendo

Komfort & Wirkung: Ich habe die Einlagen wegen Plantarfasziitis gekauft und schon nach wenigen Tagen eine deutliche Entlastung gespürt. Die Ferse wird gut abgefedert, und das Fußgewölbe bekommt endlich die nötige Unterstützung.Passform: Die Einlagen passen gut in Sportschuhe, Alltagssneaker und sogar in etwas weitere Business-Schuhe. Man kann sie bei Bedarf leicht zuschneiden – bei mir war das aber nicht nötig.Material: Fühlt sich stabil, aber nicht zu hart an. Die Polsterung ist angenehm weich an der Ferse, und der Mittelteil gibt guten Halt. Auch nach stundenlangem Tragen kein unangenehmes Druckgefühl.Verarbeitung: Sehr ordentlich verarbeitet – keine losen Nähte oder sich lösenden Schichten. Der Halt im Schuh ist gut, sie verrutschen nicht.Fazit: Eine sinnvolle Investition für alle, die unter Fersenschmerzen oder Fußfehlstellungen leiden. Deutlich besserer Halt und spürbare Entlastung – ich würde sie jederzeit wieder kaufen.

Really worth buying. These have helped cushion the heel so much so that my husband can continue with the gym ( being a non sprung floor) Definitely worth the money and fit perfectly. They have really supported the plantar facilitis that he has.
