This chair was easy to put together and is great for my son to use while he’s on his computer or while he’s playing games. It came fast and he put it together himself in only 20 minutes.

The directions was a little hard to read, but the chair is really good

The instructions gave me a headache! Nothing was labeled. I had to use context clues to figure out what screw goes where. And the back piece was another thing! I placed it wrong so the chair was sitting extremely forward it didn’t look right. When I turned the T part around it looked completely normal. Something the instructions didn’t say. I bought it for my daughter, she likes it. It’s really comfortable and it’s cute. The assembly was just annoying. 4 starts because of that.

My son loves it. It came quickly, was easy to put together and it’s comfortable.

Easy to put together and comfy

I really wanted to love this chair, but the assembly process was an absolute nightmare. The instructions were vague, unclear, and missing crucial details. There were parts hidden in places that weren’t obvious, and the diagrams did not properly show how everything was supposed to fit together.One of the biggest frustrations was the gas lift installation. The instructions made it seem like the orange cap needed to come off, but after struggling with pliers and nearly breaking it, I realized it wasn’t supposed to be removed. The backrest also didn’t seem to fit properly with the base at first, and I had to figure out on my own that a necessary part was tucked away in a spot the instructions never mentioned.On top of that, attaching the armrests was another battle. The holes didn’t align easily, and the process was more complicated than it needed to be. I eventually gave up and will have someone else finish that part.Once assembled, the chair looks nice and feels decent, but the frustrating assembly process really killed the excitement. If you’re not patient or experienced with putting furniture together, expect a headache. This is not a quick or intuitive setup.Would I recommend it? Not unless you’re prepared to fight with it. If they improved the instructions and provided clearer details, this would be a much better experience. Until then, buyer beware.

Cushions feel intrusive, it squeaks a lot after using it for 4 days & the wheels don't roll very well. Sure i removed the cushions but i might need to solve my other problems with WD-40.
