This dry milk powder is fantastik! I use it in coffee and baking homemade bread wonderful in both.With coffee dissolves easily just use small wisk mix it real quick blends in really well. It taste just like the milk on my grandpa farm in Croatia it's so good. After a couple days of using this milk my lactose intolerant symptoms all left, on day 3, I no longer had any kind of mucus no more stuffy nose hallelujah! I've had chronic congestion for years. This is the only milk I'll ever use. It's really tasty in baked bread I blend some in with the flour, it smells nice and texture is nice and smooth and soft makes bread fluffy it's great, makes wonderful toast and sandwich bread. Great value for the money,By by decongestant and allergy medicine don't need it anymore. Excellent coconut milk creamer! Taste, texture superior to other creamers including dry powder based ones. The flavor is delicious and not over powering. It froths up easily and is very creamy. Shelf stable and handy for travel and home use. Looking forward to finding more ways to use this powder.

I enjoy this in tea, in shakes and especially in coffee. Has a sweet coconut flavor, dissolves quickly and adds a nice consistency to your drinks. I go through stages where I will drink a lot of tea, hot with this included especially my ginger tea, with honey, the collagen protein powder whisk it all together and enjoy a wonderful tea in my thermos cup. I also use this with hot chocolate instead of a lot of milk which is equally delicious.

I was using an organic salted caramel oat coffee creamer that I loved, but with all the warnings about glyphosate even in organic oatmeal, I decided to try something less likely to contain poison and ordered this. I like the flavor of this product when used as a coffee creamer along with a couple of teaspoons of maple syrup, but it does not dissolve well, so I reconstitute and refrigerate it prior to use, which is a bit of a pain. It doesn't dissolve well, so rather than dragging out the blender (and having to wash it afterward), I use a wire whisk in a bowl, which requires less clean-up. Then I pour the liquid creamer into a bottle and store it in the refrigerator. The bag does not have directions/quantities for reconstitution, so I looked up other coconut milk powder brands and used their recommendations: 1.5 cups powder/1 c. warm water for coconut cream or 1 c. powder/1c. warm water for coffee creamer. I haven't needed coconut cream for cooking yet, so I can't give an opinion on that, but the 1/1 ration works well in my coffee.

I’ve set up this item as a Subscribe and Save because I loved it the first time I tried it—it was creamy and coconut-ty the first time. However, this time it’s chalky and I cannot taste the coconut flavor at all. And it seems I have to put more into my coffee than I had to with the previous bag I got. The ingredients include tapioca starch, so I think there’s definitely more of that than dried coconut milk powder. The quality has definitely deteriorated on this second bag. And to think I had to wait an entire cycle where they couldn’t deliver it for some reason. And a comment on the bag itself—it’s supposed to be resealable, but the seal broke on both of the bags I’ve received from them. Very disappointed in the manufacturer for lack of consistency and quality control.

This stuff is a great cream substitute in coffee. slight coconut flavor is good for me. Disolves easily tastes great.Just what I was looking for!
