It worked

So far so good. Bought this to replace a cost prohibitive repair needed on our foot valve for our 25 ton shop press. Love the remote, we cab more easily hide from danger now

Purchased a 4 ton unit which I immediately replaced with a 10 ton unit. The pump in the 10 ton unit failed on first use. This air assist automatic pump saved the day and is now being utilized for both units. The up/down press button doesn't work well, but it still is an improvement over the 4 and 10 ton hand pumps.

My arbor press had a hand pump on it that had seen better days. It worked OK, but was sloppy and cumbersome to use while trying to keep the part I am working on lined up. Just being able to operate it with my foot freeing up both hands was enough of a reason to make the switch. All I needed to do was order a new longer hose and it only took a few minutes to connect to the press. It works as expected and I am pleased with the upgrade. That said there are a couple of things to be aware of. 1) It requires 110 PSI and that is not mentioned in the product listing. So be sure you have a compressor that can deliver. I will need to add a couple of regulators to my shop since that's a higher pressure than I use for my air tools. 2) The air inlet is at the base of the foot pedal which can be a little awkward to use without stepping on the hose connector.

Nice. I didn’t know I needed this until I bought it. Replaces old one on auto lift. I did have to alter the bracket. This one is a little larger.
