The Air fryer was not New it was reconditioned or an open box returnI Love the Air fryer but was having issues with condensation between the window panesI received a replacement; it was also reconditioned or open box return “Not New”This time there was broken pieces of Plastic that came out of the box.I called customer service but they said I could return it but I cannot be issued a “New One”Very disappointed, I really like the Air Fryer, Why I ask can't they just send A New OneIt is what I bought in the first Place, I did not buy open Box or reconditioned...I am not a Happy Customer!I Feel as if they took advantage and they just won't make things right!

This air fryer is so quick to preheat, spacious, easy to clean, and my favorite feature is the turn feature that stops half way through your time to shake your food. Kenmore is a great brand!

The air fryer’s crisper tray was missing. Out of all the boxes in the world to pick for me… really. After just trying to get Ken Moore to send me the missing crisper tray & going thru multiple departments & customer service reps; I would have to go through a whole actual refund through Amazon and return. I’ll probably not get the same price on reordering it. I even left a note stating I wanted the item replaced, but they’re making me return it, Which is very asinine and silly!!! So I chalked it up and decided to just buy the $20 missing crisper tray which defeats 1/2 the purpose of me getting it on sale during prime days. Probably why it was $60 off because they knew it wouldn’t have a $20 Tray, SMH 😅 otherwise, this air fryer is pretty nice!

Our previous (and still working) air fryer was a bit small to do slightly larger cooks. This one suited the need very well, and was on sale when we bought it.Pro-large bin capacity-easy to clean non-stick surface-seems powerful/effective (seems to cook faster than my old air fryer)Con-unlike an old one I had, the inner tray doesn't remove from the outer bin, so you can't just lift and dump-like others with a similar design, if you were cooking something a bit larger, I could see the amount of drippings getting to a point where it gets to the height of the tray - you can easily fix this by adding something under to raise the height slightly

been using it for a while - Quite like it, I suggest you cycle it a few times before cooking food to get rid of the new plastic taste

Overall satisfied. Only negative point found was that the glass of the airfrier was difficult to clean.

I had the oven style air fryer previously but I love this. Cooks beautifuly, is quiet and so easy to clean. Love it

pros: great performance, no smoke, noise level is low.cons: constructive quality is problematic—mine arrived with one piece of decorative metal coating material protruded; it turned out this was assembly issue and i'm able to fix it.
