Why does it say $16.99 on my wish list for this item, but when I click on it or add it to my cart the price jumps to $37.95?

My 5yo really wants a "dinosaur that transforms to a human." These are all I can find. Do you think he will be able to transform it?

If he has good finger dexterity ( pinch paper clip binders, itsy bitsy spider movement etc.) he will be able to. I suggest as a parent to learn how to transform him as well. They may get frustrated the first few times, but learning it as a puzzle together will make it fun.
