Didn't have much luck with this tape, but I place the fault on the metal surface
I wanted to use this tape on the step hitch on the back of my car, but it just wouldn't stick well; the step has a wrinkled metal finish, so with a rough surface like that it's no surprise it didn't stick. I think the tape would do fine on flat surfaces, though.
