For a long while it looked like it really worked, but in the past few months symptoms have returned but this time it's been my shoulder which I suspect has also referred down to my wrist. At the moment I have severe pain in both my shoulder and my wrist.So - even if it was 'designed by an orthopaedic surgeon, it was a waste of money and worse than that, it has NOT cured my RSI. I suspect that the only mouse which can help is one where your wrist rests SIDEWAYS on to the desk - I think that happens with 'vertical mice' ### ⭐⭐ A Good mouse for anyone suffering from RSI *by S***Z on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 21 January 2013* When I bought this mouse I was quite worried as it is a lot more expensive than my previous mouse which was an Accuratus in Silver/Black. I changed up because the Accuratus didn't last long. This mouse is so incredibly comfy and it fits just about any hand thanks to the interchangeable parts. I also really love the fact that there isn't a scroll wheel but there is alternative buttons on the side which for RSI I feel works & feels better.The only thing that is annoying is that there is a part that you can switch to another but I can't get it off for the life of me, even my boyfriend struggled.I love this mouse but I only gave it 4 stars because I couldn't remove a part that was supposed to be changeable; plus the DVD that comes with it is a little bit pointless as it isn't needed for installation. I suppose the little video it had on there was useful as I didn't know the buttons on the side was for scrolling until I watched it.Overall this mouse is perfect for me.**edited 05/05/2014** after a year of using this mouse I started to get a different pain in my hand and I believe it is from the odd pattern on this mouse so I have had to temporarily go back to the Accuratus, I have bought myself a new mouse *fingers crossed* will be better with my next mouse. Not to mention when the batteries run out it is impossible to remove the back bit to insert the batteries very irritating can take over an hour to try and remove the back bit not easy and not fun. This mouse will only be good if you are not on the computer a large amount of time and because I am, I am not happy with this product anymore. It was very expensive for what it was, cheap plastic and needed frequent changing of the batteries. Last week the laser stopped working and is now useless and I only got it in September 2015, so it didn't even last one year. Now I'll be getting the Anker vertical mouse, which according to the reviews, seems to be a better product.
