Helpful for a novice
If you know anything about the basics of the internal combustion engine the book may not be for you. If you know nothing, its a good basic introduction for understanding how to maintain your car and when to take it to a professional.

Not worth the paper it’s printed on
Useless book. Too simple, too vague, too poorly produced. This book is a complete waste of time for anyone who wants to actually learn more about working on cars. For what one could learn from this book, it be could spend an hour watching YouTube, or read the into chapter of a proper how-to mechanics book.

Not very clear
Instead of teaching you how basically the engine works they were putting metaphores like when you run o when you exercise I understand it's for beginners buy this to learn how the engine and all systems works, not to know how my breathing and my exercises are similar to a engine. lack of technical knowledge. So I wouldn't buy this again.
