Huge serving size, not ingredients, is what makes this "mass gaining."
This tastes great, and doesn't have that gross foam like other powders. However, I'm only giving it four stars because the serving size is huge. This isn't really any more "mass gaining" than any other powder out there - it just has a serving size of 1.5 CUPS.Ounce-for-ounce, other powders have about the same calories. This one has more carbs and a lot less protein. This could be fine, depending in your goals, but it doesn't really work for me.

Good taste for protein shakes
We don't use protein powder regularly with workouts. I usually just put a serving in my son's nightly shake to have some protein to go along with the ice cream and chocolate syrup. While you can taste the protein, it doesn't take away from the overall flavor. We did not use this for quick weight gain by using 3 scoops in a serving, we just used less than a full scoop, which is still around 15g of protein. Price seems ok, and the taste was good, but it wasn't use with working out.

Good taste, helped me gain weight
This helped me put on a few pounds and it tasted good. The shake was thick and hard to stomach most of the time if you don't put enough liquid in.
