The media could not be loaded.  Notebooks have become an indispensable part of my routine, where I often find myself grabbing my bag and reaching for a trusty notebook so I can scribble something down, or to look at past notes and reminders. The OfficeComfort A5 Notebook is compact 14 x 21cm which means I can just chuck it into my bag or cycle panniers so that I'm always prepared to capture thoughts or make notes on-the-go, with a good old fashioned pen and paper.With 200 pages of 80gsm lined paper, it provides me with a canvas for both note-taking and creative expression; a place I can take notes, sketch or jot something down, which is especially true while on long train journeys. The notebook has a thin, ribbon bookmark and a pen loop, helping me stay organised. Sadly, the expandable paper pocket (good for stashing train tickets!) is missing from the one I received.Over the years I have accumulated hundreds of notebooks, which I re-read from time to time, and have found that they serve almost like a journal even though they were ever intended for such a purpose, nor structured in that way, but oddly I get enjoyment and amusement from looking at past notes and doodles! So, whether I'm jotting down notes, quotes, telephone numbers or free-forming, drafting ideas, or just doodling on train trips, this notebook accommodates it all! For anyone seeking a blend of functionality and portability in their daily note-taking routine, the OfficeComfort A5 notebook makes a terrific companion.

This is pretty much exactly as advertised and expected. It's a good note book with medium thickness pages that are clearly lined and nicely bound inside the cover. The cover feels decent quality for the price and I haven't noticed any problems with pages coming loose or the elastic bands fraying.Generally a good buy if you're after a mid-low range notebook.

The pages look like they’ve been soaked with water and dried up, they have lumps over them. But I only bought this for work notes so it would still do the job

This is a really nice A5 notebook with (as advertised) PU leather cover. The lined paper is off white and feels to be a decent weight - not too thick or thin. So far I have not found a pen that bleeds through the paper. It has a convenient elasticated pen holder and a ribbon page marker. Overall I am very happy with this notebook and will be buying more as needed.

A decent book with great quality paper, there is very little flexibility of the book. It would be difficult to write on the left hand side of the book as it is a bit difficult to straighten. The paper size was decent and it is a very lightweight book. Would take this to work on a day to day basis, great to keep all your things in one place. Definitely recommend.

I use A5 notebooks a lot. I have one for all the different audio calibrations I have carried out for my Atmos sound system, and that is about getting full and is indeed the second that I have used for that purpose. I have three recipe books with new recipes arriving in my inbox daily and then I always have a notebook one on the go for memos to remind me to get certain things done. The latter gets filled up pretty quickly . When I saw this listing it was a chance to get a book in reserve.When the book arrived it was bang on as advertised. The PU cover of this book does have a nice feel to it but like all synthetic leather I don't expect it to be as durable as the real thing or to age with the dignity and increasing character that genuine leather does. PU just cracks , peels and starts to look really shoddy as it ages. But at least the listing is honest about the material used for the cover when so many others claim their PU products to be real leather. The pages are indeed lined, there is a pen holder and an elastic page retainer. The leaves are of decent quality paper, not coarse or too open in texture.This notebook will serve a good purpose for me but if I have to think about the value for money I would say it is nothing special in terms of quality, and represents nothing more than a fair deal. I have bought similar books for considerably less than this one and have not found them to be noticeably worse in their performance. But it is an honest product and will certainly deliver what it claims to offer.

This is a really decent quality notebook, and just the right size. I have the purple one, and it’s a lovely vibrant attractive shade with a matt finish. The cover wipes clean, and is pretty rigid. There’s only the tiniest amount of movement if you try to flex the book. There’s a matching purple elastic closure band to hold it together. There’s even a purple elastic pen or pencil holder in the centre of the outer back cover, and a bright purple satin ribbon page marker.The paper used inside is not of a particularly thick or heavy weight, and is slightly off-white. It’s perfectly adequate for writing notes, ideas, or to record your favourite recipes, etc. There are 24 lines per page, which are generous and spacious, being around 12cm wide and spaced at 0.8cm intervals. There are margins top and bottom, and around the edges of each page. The whole pad measures 21cm high x 14.4cm wide x 1.6cm thick. There’s plenty of pages, 200 to be precise, which are securely stitched in place.Good value for money and recommended. Would make a low cost thoughtful gift too.
