As described by seller. Every part is sturdy and the rods hold a lot of clothes, especially if you use space saving hangers. The top parts of the legs attach to the bottom parts and some tops are interchangeable. The dressers and bench screw into the legs, and we had to leave one dresser and the bench unscrewed in order to switch the sections.

The media could not be loaded. I ordered two of these - mostly put them together myself and was able to attach them together and anchor them without help. tl;dr - Out of the hundreds of products I have assembled in my life, these were 4.75/5 for instructions and ease of assembly. Contacted the seller twice and they were extremely prompt to help with issues. Highly recommended if you need a closet organizer (or two)!First, as others have mentioned, each closet organizer comes in two boxes. In ordering two, however, I originally only got 3 boxes. I contacted the seller because FedEx (their shipper) only sent me 3 tracking numbers, so it seemed like someone had forgotten to send box #4. Seller was very prompt - they checked with their warehouse in CA and FedEx, and I had tracking #4 and box #4 within a few days of the first 3 boxes.Putting it together could be daunting - lots of parts and pages and pages of instructions. If you're bad at that kind of thing (I'm not), then this may not be for you or rope someone else into doing it for you. Instructions were mostly clear and a few times I had to backtrack to fix something. First organizer took me (a relaxed) day and a half of assembly and installation. Once I put together one, the second took me half the time. They look great and hold a lot of clothing.The second time I had to contact the seller was because, surprisingly, I was missing 4 bolts. I say surprisingly because while everything is labeled really well and almost every bag came with extra bolts, screws, etc., I was missing parts. Seller offered me two options - either a partial refund and I could go find the appropriate bolts myself or they would send bolts from the factory in China. I opted for the second because honestly, I really did not want to try to find the correct size, length, etc. Bolts arrived within a week or so.Overall, I am super pleased with the ease of assembly and the seller's prompt responses.

After about four hours, I finished assembling ONE of the drawer units and I am writing this review to report to any interested shoppers that this is cheap crap. Not only that, but it arrived in a filthy condition which there is no excuse for. I am often patient with lower quality goods if the trade offs are manageable. I was prepared for the particle board used to be a bit delicate, which it is. No problem. Good enough to hold up to regular use and I will obviously not sit on it or throw it around. Some of the holes aren't drilled. Also no problem. A minor oversight on the drawers and there are other holes to use for alignment. The cam locks are the cheapest I've ever seen in a furniture kit. You know what, fine. They are made of thin material and not great at auto aligning so I just tried my best to hold things in place before tightening cam locks. This is where I saw a potential problem but only one way to find out. Finally, the particleboard was not cut with a suitable blade because veneer is chipping some edges. Fortunately not the visible edges so I thought maybe I could live with that.But the box that included the drawer units... Everything inside was disgusting. Minor changes in their supply chain could have prevented this so I do not feel very forgiving that all (ALL!) the pieces are covered in some kind of filth and I needed to scrub it off with a rag and cleaning solution. Off the sides, corners, etc. My nails are sore from scrubbing. It doesn't come off easy like dust, you need to scrub it a bit.Why? Probably because they keep the parts loose in a filthy warehouse. Why not pack them immediately after they are manufactured? Beats the hell out of me, just my guess.What I can tell you is it doesn't feel like I bought a NEW product, which is what I thought this transaction was for. It feels like I bought used furniture that I need to refurbish. Sorry: if you are giving your customers products that have been carelessly dragged around filthy warehouses before packing, you can't call this "new" even if it has never been assembled and owned. That is either a scam or just extremely lazy.I hoped at least when I was done it would be worth it. Unfortunately, I finished and saw a massive drawer misalignment. It's FUNCTIONAL, sure. But one side of the cabinet is crooked despite double checking and a ton of experience assembling furniture. This is really a "meh" piece of furniture. The drawers were a key part of why I bought this set.That being said, the other parts of this aside from the drawers look to be clean and in excellent shape... They look "new."If you need something exactly like this it might be worth it for you, but there are too many other options for me to recommend this. There's no excuse for wasting my time with deep cleaning on a new product that isn't great quality in the first place.

After opening the boxes I will say I was a bit intimidated by all the pieces. Once I sorted all the items and hardware progress was made pretty quickly. I am very handy and have put together many pieces of furniture and I must say the directions were very easy and helpful.It definitely helps to have a second person but for the most part I assembled it myself. This replaced a wire closet organizer and I was so impressed by how beautiful it is and has so much storage. My daughter couldn’t be happier!

Put together by myself so it took a few hours at least. Would help to set up a workstation/table to do majority of the work on. Couple of parts dinged up in shipping I assume, but nothing to return or ask for a replacement. Very heavy boxes, will need 2 people to carry more than likely. Good quality though for the price and my wife loves it so far.

The material is good, but hard to assemble. Also, it waste too much space in the closet. I regret I purchased this organizer.

After our excellent experience with the first closet, we ordered another one for the opposite side of the walk-in closet.Each closet was installed by us (we're 83 yrs. each) within 24 hours.Response from the seller was fast and complete. Each item was shipped in two parcels that arrived on two different days.Documentation was good and packaging was excellent.We have decorated the closet while we were at it with upgraded paint, a mirror and a carpet.Highly recommended.
