Fit perfectly no mods, look really nice, grip is nice I have big hands and they feel great, quality seems good

Look better then I expected.
The grips arrived yesterday and of course I went to put them on a Ruger Singele-Six in stainless steel at once. As my wife put it, "It takes longer to put shoes on then to swap these grips." The grips fit perfectly the workmanship is perfect. As for looks they have that deep look of pearl and the finish is perfect. The grips look super on a stainless gun. They are a bit thicker then the stock wood grips which is perfect for me. Neither my wife or I like checkered grips. I recently put pearl grips on a favorite stainless steel semi auto and again the grips were thicker and made holding the firearm more secure. Now I need to see if I can get these grips to fit a favorite Smith & Wesson of my wife's.

A small amount of trimming may be needed
With this type of material, some minor trimming may be required. One screw hole needed to wallowed out by hand with a regular drill bit. Size of bit may vary but took just a couple minutes. A labor of love. The result on my Vaquero brought a joyful tear to my eye.

Some work required to get the cosmetic fit correct, they make them a little big so you can sand them down to fit your gun.

Perfect for Ruger New Model Blackhawk
Perfect replacement grips for the wooden ones that come stock on Ruger New model Blackhawk revolvers. Slightly thicker than stock for a better grip and look great on a blued gun.
