This is a high quality computer. We set it up four months ago and it’s been working well. Ordered it with the 2TB SSD and added a large hard drive as we do a lot of photo and video editing. Adding the drive was a quick task - needed to purchase four drive mounting screws a few mm longer to fit the drive bay, bought them from a local hardware store. Cables were pre connected to the mother board and had no issues with configuring the drive using Windows. I will definitely consider this buying this model again in the future. Nice small desk top machine.

I've been using this computer to do a lot of media work, including filming and editing. It is fast, powerful and reliable. The only thing I would say it needs is a better GPU. The integrated one can't keep up with high res streaming. I am unsure if you'll be able to install a better GPU with its current specs. However, I do recommend this PC for anyone doing less than very High end gaming. Update: I was able to install a NVIDIA 3060 GPU and it fit really well and is working fine. However, I've been having issues with audio recording from my Yamaha MG10XU Audio Mixer. I experience audio interruptions when talking on the mic through XLR connection. I never had and still do not have this issue when the audio mixer is connected to my laptop. I did some extensive troubleshooting and I have determined that it has something to do with the computer itself. I experience the audio interruptions while using various applications such as OBS Studio, the voice recorder that comes with windows, Zoom, Google Meet, and so on. The same setup works perfect when connected to my laptop. Even with a more advanced GPU and very fast internet via ethernet, I still encounter bandwidth issues. There is something on some level that this computer is failing to perform. I hope I will be able to resolve the issue with tech support. Keep an eye out for the next update.

I was looking for a super fast computer with lots of storage for around $1,000.00. I have been down loading 4K videos from my drone. I got the 64GB with 2TB of SSD hard drive. It boots up in about 13 seconds. It didn't come with tons of HP apps like I got in other HP computers I have had in the past. If you want Microsoft 365 (Office) with all the common Excel, Word, Power Point etc... its $99.00 a year. I got all my files, pictures, videos and apps transferred from my old computer. So far I am happy with my purchase that I got 6 months of interest fee financing on my Amazon Store Card.

I hesitated so much before buying this PC. In the past, I bought several computers from Amazon, but all were Sold/Shipped by Amazon, never from a third party seller. This computer was Sold/Shipped by PCOnline US. I am a very satisfied customer. The PC was shipped earlier than expected and it met all the specs as advertised. It works like a charm. I have no complaints whatsoever and will definitely buy from this seller again.

I would have never thought to buy a PC online, but this has definitely changed my mind. Machine caem in super packaged and everything worked flawless when I hooked it up. Been running non stop for about a minth now wirh no issues. Specs matched exactly what I ordered.

Beware, supposedly this is an Authorized HP reseller, however, the computers they sell are what HP refers to as Phantom/modified units. It does completely match the specs as they are described, and the HP Support Assistant utility even shows a 1-year warranty but when I ask HP about the warranty they say no. When I asked the reseller about the warranty, they say no. Beware, Beware, Beware!

This is the fourth HP desktop in some 20 years. They always have performed well. Easy to install and they come complete.

Purchased this PC to replace a 12 year old Envy that was incapable of running the latest software. Very happy with performance after two months of use.
