This ginger syrup is perfect in every way. I mix a little of this with tonic water for a very satisfying drink that I can sip in place of something alcoholic. I only use a little at a time, so a bottle goes a long way.

I first tried these syrups at a friend's place and liked them so much that I have bought a few bottles of my own (Simple and Ginger syrup). Having reviewed the ingredients, I really like the fact that these syrups are made of healthier natural products (i.e. cane sugar rather than corn syrup or alternative sweeteners), and that when they say it's ginger syrup you can actually taste ginger root, rather than some imitation flavor. I've enjoyed experimenting with the recipes on the sides of the bottles, in addition to a few favorites of my own (I made a lovely mezcal mule with ginger syrup, fresh squeezed lime juice, ice, Amores mezcal and sparkling water). Furthermore, the fact that they make for a refreshing drink on their own as mocktails is a nice plus! I've taken to using the ginger syrup with sparkling water and ice rather than purchasing my usual by ginger beer (Fentimans or Bundaberg). Bottom line, I've bought a few bottles and will likely buy many more.

Incredibly delicious. This syrup tastes like a ginger chew with the perfect balance of spice and sweetness. While wonderful in cocktails, you can tell this is a high-quality product because it stands on its own when mixed with nothing more than a bit of seltzer. Since I need to be a functional, non-drunk adult most days of my life, that's my favorite way to drink it: a couple tablespoons of this syrup per cup of club soda. The result is a slightly sweet and spicy drink that wakes up your tastebuds. Don't expect the cloying, corn syrup sweetness of canned ginger ale - the Pratt ginger syrup retains the flavor of ginger and tastes natural and homemade. Absolutely give this a try!!

I'm in love with this company! All of their products are true to flavor; they use all natural ingredients. You can tell they are hand crafted in small batches. I've been drinking the ginger syrup with lime and rum, but it also can go into a Tom Collins or used to punch up an Old Fashioned or an Aviation... the possibilities are endless. It's not too sweet -- which is perfect, since you can always add simple syrup, but it's impossible to remove sugar. The packaging is solid - not only looks great, but the glass bottles feel substantial. I rinse and reuse mine.

First had ginger flavoring in Austria and upon return to the States, ordered some. Must have tried 6 or 8 brands and this one tasted best. I usually add it to tea, but I'm sure it works on things from coffee to coke to whatever you'd like to try, like a Moscow Mule. You'll need to fiddle with the amount to add so it's the taste you want.This is probably the tenth bottle I've bought.CGHVirginia

I'm on a 30 day course of a really stout antibiotic (Levaquin) which messes up my stomach. Kind of like an extended strong hunger pang. This ginger syrup virtually eliminates the symptom. You have to really like ginger to take it straight. I mix it with a little lemon juice and water.
