Timely delivery and actually more in the box than I remembered being in the picture. Pleasant surprise.

The previous reviews of this product being insufficient and ineffective are correct. I use resistance bands and resistance bungee cords and resistance power bands/cords/ropes extensively. My previous brands and models from different manufacturers and companies were vastly superior to these I purchased. Upon first stretching of the bands, they lose their strength resistance. Their durability and versatility are heavily compromised and safety in use is a key concern. Can I still use them? Yes I can. Will I ever buy this brand again? Absolutely not! The carabiners are small enough to adjust however you want to pass them through the fabric grommets on the bands but don’t trust the quality of the fabric or the quality of the carabiners construction. The ankle straps need to be better with padding and safer securing when wrapping around your ankle. The D-Ring or O-Ring on the handles needs to be a little bigger but not over-the-top like I have seen with better brands of resistance bands but went too far with the Metal Grommet Ring sizes. The brands and manufacturers and models of resistance bands I usually buy are out of stock on Amazon and other retailers unfortunately; which that should tell me how great those are and next time buy three to four of those and never ever never buy this brand again. This is not the least expensive brand I have purchased, and that is extremely disappointing. I would give zero stars if I could. Please please please 🙏 people, read this review and do not purchase these resistance bands by this company. I use resistance bands regularly and often. I recommend the following brands: Go•Fit, HPYGN, Bodylastics, Veik, XPRT, Zacro, My Generation•Fit (only available on their website when in stock), Kobra, and a few others.

It gets the job done but bands could offer a little more resistance you gotta grab it at a shorter point sometimes to get the work out of it but mostly ok

This set offers plenty of versatility and bands with various resistances. I and my wife both use them regularly.

For the most part, they do what we want them to do. That said, this one broke about 6 weeks after purchase, right outside the return window

I decided to give these a try despite the questionable reviews. The package came in and everything looked great. I hung the 50lb band from the top of my doorframe using the attached hanger and attempted to do a tricep pulldown. As someone who trains in the gym 5-6 days per week, I am very familiar with the feeling of a 50 pound resistance band. These bands felt spot on the money until I reached about half way through my extension when instantly I felt all the tension drop. I then laid the band on the ground and realized that it had stretched an extra 2 inches from it's original size. This process then happened with the 60, 70, and 80lb bands as well. The conclusion is, these bands simply don't hold tension and they all stretched on me after the first use. Hoping the manufacturer actually sees this and does something about it. I have returned my set through Amazon and will try another brand.

I’ve tried every weight resistance band. I found them to be impressive. I’ve had previous ones from other companies which felt like they were loose tension.This came packed tightly in a nice, durable storage bag inside a box. All sizes stated were included. There’s four handles and leg bands and a larger connection. You also get a card with an entire page of exercises.All of these were brand new. They are easy to connect to the hand pulls or ankle bands. They provide great resistance to sculpt your body.I truly enjoy exercising outside however due to the cold I’m opting to use my own body weight with these bands to keep in shape this winter. You can use your own body weight or connect them to a door or bar.I love being able to sculpt instead of bulk up and that’s exactly what this affords me. These had my heart rate at a great level and I knocked out my daily fitness goal in no time. I really love these and will enjoy them for years to come. Highly recommend.NOTE : you can add more than one band if you’re looking to customize your routine.

These bands are marked with a specific resistance weight and they are wrong. I had to ad two different bands just to get the bands that only one was marked at. Terrible
