I purchased in September 2016. Initially I had problems following an extremely poor assembly manual. I contacted the company [ Tufferman ] and was guided by a representative of the company who tried to talk me through a simple process. He also sent a pre-release video guide.The video-guide was not perfect but illustrated clearly what the bits were and how they related. I am very happy with the new shelving. So much so that I have ordered extra shelves to make better use of the space available and my garage will be much tidier and more accessible. My only recommendation is that the video, which can be improved to make assembly easier, should be available to guide all purchasers.

Having only installed the twin shelves recently, it is early days yet, but, so far, so good. I had no trouble building the shelves on my own once I had seen the video instruction on the internet. There were no useful instructions with the package..

Great when assembled. However instructions were inside top of box and we shredded them opening the box. We had to figure out assembly. Feet would be better in rubber. The plastic was hard on the hands to put on the base

Definitely worth watching the video before attempting assembly but fairly straightforward (once the rubber mallet arrived). Shelves seem strong now that I have screwed the top of then to the garage wall.

The components arrived in good condition and were relatively easy to put together. The result is a sturdy and neat looking set of shelves in the garage. Just what I needed!

This is a terrific product. Very easy to assemble even for someone hopeless at DIY like me. I used the Storalex You Tube video and everything was clear. I have also spoken to the company since I bought the item. They were very friendly and helpful. I enthusiastically recommend this product and wish this British company every success.

We are really pleased with these shelves. My husband and I successfully built them together (I would say that two people makes the job easier) with no arguments, which shows how clear the instructions are! Construction is as easy as they say and the shelves came with a small mallet to help knock them into place, nice touch. We would recommend them.

Arrived very quickly, well packaged and went together easily following the instructions included. Now have two sturdy shelves for the garage capable of holding almost anything I can get onto them and a rubber mallet! I liked the options to choose different depths and chose the 450mm as it was a good fit into the space I had in mind.
