The base seems firm, but the top can be bent if you push on it. Don't count on using the tongs. They bend very easily. Great thing is that you can place the half size aluminum trays inside if you don't want to use the tray. Looks nice and easy to put together.

I am extremely disappointed with the handling of my order by Vevor and the customer service I have received from Vevor. I was sent a damaged and defective product that is unusable, and despite my clear request for a full refund, I have been offered inadequate compensation in the amounts of $12, $35, and $70, which are all unacceptable.As a customer, I should not be responsible for paying return shipping to Hong Kong on an item that arrived in this condition. I would expect the company to either replace the item at no additional cost to me or provide a return shipping label and a full refund of the $114.26 I originally paid.This experience has been frustrating, and want to share the poor customer service you would have thought they would stand behind the products you sell and prioritize customer satisfaction. I ordered this product directly from Vevor website but noticed it on Amazon. From now on I will order from Amazon as they can be trusted for their high quality customer service
