What’s really important about Cookware.
I love this pan it “anglizesed” my masa tortillas. Now I can serve those tortillas to white folks. I love this pan so much that I went straight to Hexclad and purchased the 3 sizes of sauté pans with the lids. I won’t have to worry about whatever color spatulas I use because now I can use what I prefer, Stainless Steel. That said, I will continue using all of my Staub cast iron going from stove top directly into the oven making some extremely mean & tasty Mole’ , Enchiladas, Huachinango, etc. But, anything happening on the top side of my induction range will be handled entirely in Hexclad. Which is better? I don’t know. But, I have buried the Staub in coals & ash, cooled and cleaned them, looking as good as when they came out of the box. Let me spend some years beating on these new Hexclad puppies then I will get back to you. Ophra and Ramsey have plenty of money I know they both have people doing all of their day to day stuff. They are no way in the kitchen everyday cooking, I’m happy for them getting money for promoting cookware. I am certain they really need the extra dollars. Me, I just cook almost every day, at least three times a day. You want advice about cookware lasting or performing the last person I would look to would be any celebrity.

Hex-Clad 12" griddle
I got this Hex-Clad griddle because I do a lot of things like pancakes, sausage patties, etc.Food doesn't stick to it and there's lots of room. Cleanup is easy. Not the best for bacon because it won't hold a lot of grease run off from the bacon.

Overhyped and Underwhelming – Not Worth the Price
I bought the HexClad Hybrid Nonstick Griddle Pan after seeing all the hype, but unfortunately, it hasn’t lived up to expectations. The biggest issue? The so-called "lifetime warranty" feels like nothing more than a marketing gimmick to justify the inflated price. After just light use "warming pita bread" the center of the pan has already developed a slight bubble. If you lay a tortilla on it, you can actually see and feel the uneven surface. For anyone cooking South Asian breads (like roti or paratha), the oil sticks stubbornly, making the pan look permanently stained no matter how much you scrub. Even worse, on an electric stovetop, the pan doesn’t sit flat, causing uneven heating. The nonstick coating is mediocre at best. food still sticks unless you use excessive oil, which defeats the purpose of a "nonstick" pan. For the price, I expected far better performance and durability. Save your money; there are much better (and cheaper) options out there.

Stellar pans if you can follow easy care instructions
I saw in a review or two, customers complain of food sticking and these pans not being what they expected. So far in what I've experienced, they have far exceeded my expectations. I did just as the instructions advise, and did a quick seasoning and then proceeded to cook with it, with a spritz of olive oil. My eggs have been sliding right out of the pan, use after use.

Needs Seasoning before Use
This pan looks to be good for induction stove cooking, with a raised surface with non-stick surface . I have a similar saucepan which works well, but in reading review online (not here), I have decided to return this pan: the cost was very high (I've never paid that much for any cookware), and from what I have read, it has to be seasoned before using it. I have never had to "season" a non-stick pan before, though I know some cast iron required that. Cast iron is just too heavy for me to use, I was looking for a non-stick pan with lighter weight. This one seems OK but the reviews are turning me off. By the way (I suspected where it was made), the box says "made in P.R.C." - which is "Peoples Republic of China". I'm going to try to find a non stick griddle or get a stainless steel one.

Good investment!
I brought the 12 inch griddle pan for everyday use. It is a great product - a little pricey but worth every $$. The size, quality and the fact that it is non stick is good for making rotis, parathas, dosas, chappatis and frying cutlets etc. It comes with a life long warranty. The only catch is that it is heavy for me personally. I don’t like to wash this product in the dishwasher so I clean it manually. The problem that I have faced so far is that because of the size the heat distribution isn’t even which is fine as it does over time but not instantly. Hence, there are heat marks post first use that I am unable to get rid of. However, it hasn’t affected product performance. It is durable and doesn’t have a lid.Overall a good investment as it is made up of anything material that isn’t harmful for human body.
