I recently ordered this product because it was on sale, but my experience has been nothing short of disappointing. When I received the package, I was eager to try it out. However, the excitement quickly turned to frustration. After opening the box and attempting to start the device, I found that it wouldn't turn on. I followed all the troubleshooting steps outlined in the manual, but nothing worked.Suspecting the battery might be dead, I connected the device to the charger and let it charge for a full 10 hours. Despite this lengthy charging period, the device still failed to turn on. This was extremely frustrating, as I had high hopes for this product based on the description and reviews.To make matters worse, the device appeared to have been pre-used or possibly even returned by a previous customer. There were subtle signs of wear and tear that indicated it was not brand new. This raised my suspicions that the company might be offloading defective or returned items during their sale.It feels like the company doesn't care about the quality of the products they're selling, nor about the satisfaction of their customers. This experience has left me with the impression that they are more interested in clearing out non-functional stock than in providing a reliable product. I strongly advise against purchasing this item. Save yourself the trouble and frustration, and look elsewhere for a product that actually works.

My nephew absolutely loves it. We got it delivered this afternoon, definitely way heavier than I thought it would be. We charged it up and it was a go from there. The music speaker sound is not the greatest but is doable since it really just is a hoverboard. It was quite easy to setup and was so well packaged. I don’t see much fault in it and would get one of the same quality over again.

One day I was scrolling on Amazon for Black Friday and so happened I found this hoverboard on sale for 75 dollars. I found it strange but I was like “ I just found a great deal on an hoverboard. We ordered it on Sunday night 2 days later it gets here when I open the box it looks perfectly fine. But when I try and turn it on, nothing comes so I was maybe wondering If I let it charge to see if it would come on. I charged it for 5 hours and still wouldn’t charge. I was so upset. Please anyone looking at this hoverboard do not buy it please.

My kid loves it! It is kinda heavy but other then that I would say it makes an amazing Christmas present

I purchased this hoverboard as a Christmas present for my kid and follow all the charging instructions, but the battery wouldn't turn on unless it was plugged in. I have reached out to Hover1 and they haven't responded and its been a week. I haven't been able to reach them via phone either. I have followed a few trouble shooting items I have found online and it still won't turn on unless it is plugged it. I am returning it and buying from a different company.

Quality wasn’t all there. The charger port came loose the same day it was unboxed. My child still enjoys riding it. Bluetooth speaker works well not very loud but gets the job done

I ordered it on the 30th of November 2024 and got it December 2nd first thing is the box was standing up in the photo and when I got to the door it was laying down didn't think nothing of it I opened it and it had a chip missing off the paint and I charged it over night and when I unplugged it and went to turn it on nothing I got it for a Xmas gift for my daughter and I can't even give it to her

This one will not work with the cart I bought. Was not able to stop it. Don't recommend for a younger child with cart!
