I tie my hair up on top of my head and have the chin strap sitting behind my ponytail and the extra bit I sewed on, in front of my pony tail and now it stays in place! Great chin strap
Very nice strap. Fits well, snug, does not come loose. Will buy again.

Garbage
Doesn't fit well, smells bad, and if you got straight hair... It's slipping off your head. If you don't have a dent in your head somewhere to hold it in place, don't even think about this product.

Even stops me from grinding my teeth
I had been using tooth guards to sleep with but this applies enough pressure on my jaw to prevent me from grinding my teeth. Feels so much better than the silicon tooth guard and works as well. All of that in addition to keeping my neck firmer. A double bonus!

Must wear to sleep every night for long term to see difference. Works well for snoring
I have been wearing this for almost two years every night. The first one got messed up in the dryer, so this is my second one. You won't see a change overnight, and you will have to wear it to sleep for the long term to see a difference. Double chin reduction also works best with diet and exercise. I bought this primarily for snoring, and it is working well. I don't have much of a double chin, but it seems to have improved my natural facial posture. It is no miracle, but when used long term, some minor facial changes are slightly noticeable. Probably because the top of my head and chin have compressed together almost every night for two years. You should wash it occasionally, avoid putting it in the dryer, as it can ruin the Velcro.

The material is soft and it’s comfortable to wear during the night. It also brings an extra piece in case you need it longer!!

If you want to help double chin, mount breathing you need it. So good for money. Easy to use
