These cedar blocks attach to a hanger that can be hung in any closet. Great smell too.

The wire hooks were covered with a coating of something very sticky. Washed them for a while and still didn't get it all off. Ordered these before and did not have this issue.

These blocks arrived with separate hooks to assemble for hanging. The blocks themselves are pretty small and thin - this could be okay, if you want to slide them in a drawer and not take a lot of space. The hooks go on easily, so you can hang them in a closet if you want.My main reason for marking them as four stars is that the scent isn't that strong. I am hoping it is strong enough to deter critters, but it isn't enough to make me feel confident in these blocks working. Time will tell.

My mom and dad raised my siblings and I to be neat and clean. Many parents did the same. As an adult, I pride myself smelling nice as well as my belongings. I purchased these cedar hangers to freshen up my closets and drawers. Sadly, I can’t smell them unless I hold them up to my nose. These give me not even a hint of cedar. I’m pretty disappointed to say the least.
