Absolutely needed if u transmission clunks
Pics are of the old transmission mount, about +60K miles and completely ripped. So far about ~500 miles driven on the Westar mount and my transmission shifts so much smoother and does not clunk against the floor board. Job takes about 1-2 hours depending on how quickly your cross member wants to come off. Its not that bad of a DIY job, your truck will thank you if change this part out.

Broke while installing
The media could not be loaded. On the tightening the final bolt on the mount to the cross member. The bolt broke and separated from the mount. I will return the product when I figure out how I'm going to get the mount off due to the nut that needs to be removed to take it off. Spins with the now broken bolt attached to the mount. Its a real bummer.

Threads on studs an issue
Threads on the 3 studs were in poor condition causing the nuts to go on hard and then causing the studs to spin free and unable to tightenHad to put the old one back in
