Excellent customer service
I thought I was ordering velvet curtains but when they arrived I didn’t like them as they were embossed. There was no problem with returning them & within a week of returning them the refund had gone through. Would definitely use the sire again.

Poorly finished off.
Lovely colour, good material.The finish to the side was not so good in that the lining shows infront of the curtain, solved by steaming the seam but this should have been done by the makers not the customers.

The delivery is very fast, but when I hang on it. It is very different from the showing picture. It is with many wrinkles and looks more like paper not cloth. I wish I can return!

Don't buy two pairs of you want them to match
I ordered two packs of curtains...hung both up and they looked fine. The next day when I went into room one pair had completely lightened in colour. Had to take both down and put back up old curtains.
