Replacement tap connector, does the job
As purchases go this will be one of the least exciting. You're probably buying it to replace one that's no longer working.Good news, this one does the job perfectly with no leaks. Check the measurements and order. Dead easy

Disappointed
Product dimensions stated are 33.3mm G 1" and are misleading.1 inch = 25.4mm33.3mm is approximately 1+1/4 inchesToo big for my 1 inch diameter tap.

Easy to use
I bought this for my portable washing machine, the hose it comes with just slips over a tap nozzle. I use this to connect to the fitting for my shower hose, to stop any possible leaks, I used a welding glue to hold it tight to the hose. Now I have a proper fitting hose for my washing machine. I have another one that I use to connect a normal hose lock to. It is easy to connect and seems to be of good quality, so far I have had no leaks.

Perfect fit for a hose
Bought these as part of an above ground irrigation setup. 1 inch to 13mm hose connection which made the job quick and easy. These are very good quality and do not leak.

Wave Spa Inflatable Hot tub compatible drain adaptor (2020+)
Wave sell a wave branded drain adaptor similar to this as a spare part for their inflatable hot tubs for £4.99 on their site (This adaptor is not included in the £299 box). At the time of this review, the wave hose adaptor is still out of stock weeks later, and naturally, they tell you nothing about its dimensions or specs. Also, while going through checkout with the spare air valve on their site (Simler size part, so, same shipping characteristics) It looks like wave want you to also pay 4.99 for 2-day shipping... Thats £9.98 total. So, I did the measurement for them (Well, For you ;D) and took a ruler to the stop cap that goes on the drain port, and saw it was about 3.3cm across. That sounds like BSP G1, and the thread from the photo looked about right for the outlet as well. Since it is plumbing, these things tend to be churned out to established standards to keep it cheap. I took an informed risk and gave this a go, and it fit like a glove on the drain outlet. Save your time and money and get this instead for your wave inflatable hot tub.PS: People in the reviews are misunderstanding plumbing measurements. 33.3 mm is the exact internal diameter of the female adaptor, G1 inch is the BSP (British standard pipe) size and thread. Confusingly, BSP size was based on the internal diameter of steel pipes, so, you will find the female inner diameter to be wider then 1 inch, and the outer diameter of the male end to also be wider then 1 inch (33.25 mm).So, can you take measurements of the internal diameters? Well, no. This is because different pipes are made with different use cases and materials, so that is also out of the window. Basically, the BSP inch has nothing to do with what you will measure with a ruler anymore, because it's about the thread fitting, and the internal diameter of a pipe is irrelevant to if two fittings will play nice.In plumbing, if you see "G" followed by an inch, you will have to look up the BSP to compere the mm measurements of what you're trying to get an adaptor for, to see if it is actually BSP, or something else, to get the right fitting. G1 pipe is 33.25 mm across, with 11 TPS (threads per inch).
