Unique, stylish, and innovative are the best words to describe this 2 sister/1 brother combination! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ SUBLIME!!! *by S***R on Reviewed in the United States on July 25, 2013* Drawing upon the old cliche, if I had only 10 albums that I could listen to for the rest of time, this would be one of them. For the other spots I would juggle contenders like DC Talk, Third Day, All Together Separate, Jimmie Black's "Darkness Into Light", Mercy Me, SonicFlood maybe or Delirious? perhaps, and maybe one or two others, but this one is a solid lock. Let's start with the fact that every single track on the album is a rock soild, tightly crafted piece of art. Two things stand out: first the voices in this brother-sister trio are clear, powerful, soulful, and inspiring...they interact and weave together in sheer beauty. Secondly, the production quality on this album is simply outstanding--at times it brings to mind Phil Spector's famous "wall of sound", but in ways that are even more spectacular, gripping, and emotionally captivating. Also, each song has its own clear personality and kick, drawing out a wide spectrum of musicality.I suppose I should have said that there are three things that stand out, because as fabulous and enthralling as the two aforementioned characteristics are in tandem, they alone would not make it onto my top 10 list. These engaging and sweeping tunes are accompanied by unabashedly worshipful lyrics that are are creative, magnifying, humble, and always honoring. This album dares you not to sing along, every single word clearly enunciated and presented in explicit praise. But as I said, while you might often find yourself joyfully singing along with great gusto, you are as likely to just sit listening with your ears wide open, drinking in every single note, whether measured or driving. This album is incredibly well-balanced, each song presented having both complexity and simplicity. It's not uncommon for me to listen to this album two or three times each time I cue it up, even though I've listened to it dozens of times...it's that good.Which brings me to my complaint--it is an absolute CRIME that this album didn't get more attention when it was released because the world was ROBBED of the second, third, and fourth albums by this impressive and incredibly talented trio. It was executive produced by Toby Mac & Bill Gaither, so I don't know why it didn't garner more attention. The thing that really surprises me is how far off the radar this album and this band have dropped--they have very little internet presence at all--nothing on Youtube that I could find...it's hard to even get a search engine hit.In this case, I suppose, it is somewhat fitting, because the rarity associated with this disc isn't related to it being a diamond in the rough--instead, it is a gorgeous, magnificently cut 50-carat gem! This song, "Row Upon Row", is nice but I feel that all of the songs on "Famished" are better in quality. For me, the best songs on this CD are the original ones the Williamsons wrote themselves. "Break Me, Lord" gets me every time. "So Amazing" is awesome, heart-pouring-out type of worship. "Jesus, I will" is one of my all-time, upbeat dedication favorites. Also, their rendition of "Before the Throne" is the best I've heard.
