This is my 3rd bottle of Synergetic. It's the best wet lube I've ever used. I've been riding bikes for over 55 yrs. I use this on my road and mountain bikes, our tandem and my wife's ebike. Bottle lasts me about a year or more. Wax seems too much hassle to me. Just remember to apply AFTER a ride and let it sit for overnight or even days, then wipe it off before your next ride. Easy peasy...

I've only applied this to one of my bike chains so far. It went on great and quieted the chain considerably. My only gripe is that it takes forever to homogenize the oil with the black goo inside (graphite powder?). You have to shake it so much that you'll want to attach it to your dog's collar and play fetch for 20 minutes. I'm going to use it around the house for key locks, door hinges, drawers, etc. and also other places on the bike (cables, derailers).

Expensive but worth every penny. If you like a quiet chain, and don't want to wax, this is the best chain lube I have ever used.

This is a good wet lube although on the pricey side. It quiets things down and sticks to the chain well. It lasts a good while between applications and I've yet to get squeaking between applications. A drop on the middle of each roller is all you need. It will attract dirt and grime; its a wet lube. I added some bb's to the bottle in order to help mix the product since the particles settle to the bottom. They're difficult to get mixed if temps are cool and the product has been sitting, so the bb's do the trick. Wipe the chain down after each ride and this will help keep things a bit cleaner.

Very quiet chain which is a good sign of efficiency. Long lasting lubrication. I did a 5 day tour with a bit of rain on day 3, and did not feel the need to add lube during the trip. I was using a dry conditions lube before and found that I needed to clean and reapply more frequently. Synergetic is a little stinky, but this does not bother me as I keep my bike in the garage. I have seen that Silca sells a needle tip for more precise application. I did not buy that but did get some generic syringe type applicators with 14ga tips. The standard tip on this bottle seems to use excessive oil for the intended use. It would be nice if they delivered this with the needle tip. I still give it 5 stars for lube performance.

Great product

My wax lube didn't hold up to a 65 mile gravel ride. At the next event this product worked great, a little dirty but the lubrication stayed on the chain.

自転車歴30年強、生産中止になったものも含めて、これまで本当に色々なチェーンルブを使ってきました。ワックスタイプ、ドライタイプ、AZの安い奴なども試してきましたが、ここ10年ほどは潤滑性能の持続性と飛び散りにくさのバランスが素晴らしいFInish lineのCeramic wetで満足していました。 ...ちゃんとチェーンルブは進化していたんですね。海外では非常に評価の高い（そして日本での知名度は非常に低い）SILCAのこのルブ、完全にノーマークでした。 固体潤滑剤として二硫化タングステンが含まれているので高価ですが、それに見合った性能はありました。 まず、駆動部のノイズがめちゃくちゃ静かになります。あのFinish lineの「緑」よりも静かです。 そしてこのルブを使い始めてから、給脂前のチェーン清掃時に出る金属粉の量が目に見えて減りました。潤滑性能自体が非常に良いのは間違いないです。 そして潤滑持続性が、これまたすごいのです。前述の「緑」もかなりの持続性なのですが、それを軽く超えると断言できます。ちなみにメーカー公式では500マイル(800 Kmぐらい）での再給脂というとんでもない指示になっています。さすがにそれは言い過ぎかな... そして、ドライブトレインの汚れ具合や外部への飛び散りに関しても、いわゆるウエットタイプとしては十分に優秀です。いや、少なくとも私が使ってきた中ではベストです。 二硫化タングステン粒子が黒いのでオイル自体も真っ黒なのですが、チェーンのコマに塗る程度の量では透明です。中身を精密オイル差しに移し替えて、最小量の注油で済ますことをお勧めします（別にこのルブに限った話ではありませんが）。 高価ですが、ちゃんとそれに見合った中身です。 コストを考慮せずパフォーマンスを重視する人には、本当に強くお勧めします。 いろいろなチェーンルブを渡り歩いた人ほど、こいつの優秀さに驚くと思いますよ。 提○記事しか書かない日本の自転車メディアは、どうせこういう製品を紹介することは出来ないんでしょうね（単に日直商会のプロモーション不足、とも言えますが 笑）。
