The product was better than expected! The process of designing it makes you feel like it’s going to turn out poorly along with the very affordable price. However, I was pleasantly surprised to see what arrived and how they were able to take my vision and run with it! I even submitted a photo that was too large, but they made it work! The layout is better than expected while it is a very simple product. It serves the purpose and you do get a color option (logo) which is a bonus for the price. I prefer a full gold color plaque but the only option was black. I would definitely purchase from here again!

I was hesitant at first to make an important plaque using a company on Amazon because I was worried that they would not be able to create the design exactly as I wanted it to be. Although this company has a useful interface on Amazon that you can use to provide text, font size, and approximate layout, I was still nervous that I could not directly talk to somebody about my design.The product I received was exactly how I wanted it to be. The customer service was great. I was even able to email them, communicate with them, and send them an electronic document to further clarify what I wanted. I highly recommend this company.

Honestly didn't expect much when I ordered this as the turnaround time was so quick and price low. But, it's awesome! I am really, really impressed. You don't have a ton of customization options, but I added specific details in the info area provided, and they did exactly as I asked. Black is so glossy, gold pops. Great buy, will use them again in the future!

Loved it quick turnaround and wonderful job

There was a mixup with my order and I got the wrong plaque. Seller got back to me less than 30 minutes after I first notified them, identified the problem and offered a solution within an hour. Replacement plaque was on my doorstep a day later. Plaque quality was excellent and customer service top notch. Very happy with my order.

Excellent product. If shipping would have been on time, 5 star for sure. It came a day late for a xmas party.
