Spontex 5 Sponge Cloths, 19.4 x 18cm

Bought for spring cleaning. Easy to tear off and quality although thin is still very decent. They do the job and have helped so much. They absorb water well and clean at a good rate. Price is good too. Worth buying!

These Spontex all-purpose cloths are exactly what I needed — cheap and cheerful, but super effective. They handle everyday cleaning jobs with no fuss, and I’ve seen similar cloths on Amazon for double or even triple the price that don’t perform any better.They’re surprisingly durable too — I’ve been able to rinse and reuse them multiple times before needing to toss one. You get loads in the pack, so they last ages, and they’re perfect for everything from wiping down surfaces to quick spills.Honestly, for the price, you can’t go wrong. Great value, reliable quality — they just do the trick!

Such great value, lots of cloths. They are light, but strong enough for cleaning jobs. I regularly buy these clothes as they are very handy and cheap!,

I have about 10 of these cloths on the go in my kitchen at any one time, as i throw them in the washing machine nightly. With regular washing the pictures printed on the cloth do fade, but they stand up to the washing for around 6 months before the first signs of the odd little hole.They are absorbent and are great for washing dishes, wiping work surfaces or for general around the house cleaning. When i replace after 6 months, they then get demoted from kitchen cloths to general cleaning cloths ( i cut the corners rounded to tell the difference!) They are great for damp dusting, wiping paint down to hubby finishing them up whilst working in his shed/car.All in all an excellent all round cloth, that washes and lasts well, so good value.I will continue to buy 6 monthly!

Cheap and works

These are OK and good value for money. Don’t count on washing them and using again. They’re more like kitchen roll.Other folded cloths are four layers thick. This is one layer and not a huge size. You can’t expect much more for the price though and they are good for rapid clean ups.The most annoying thing is that, being on a roll, you’re likely to drop the whole roll when trying to rip off one cloth should a spillage occur. I wasn’t inclined to use the rest of the roll to clean the kitchen work surface after that, so looked for floor spills to use up the roll.It’s probably best to tear off a few cloths in advance and keep them to one side. I tried that and just ended up knocking the ‘ready to go’ cloths on to the floor. That’s not down to the cloths, though.They’re probably best for use in the garage or where the cleanliness of the cloths doesn’t matter, especially if you bought them to clear up spillages. They’d be good for Spring Cleaning where you’d use the cloths once.They come out of the washing machine really mis-shaped and you have to shake them to dry them flat almost immediately after the wash.
