This is such a nice heated mattress pad. To have the foot zone controlled separately is a winter game changer! AND, you can zip off the top to wash it?! So Good. It's super warm if you want that. It's very thick and soft. The controller is easy and straight forward, but the only weird thing is the location of the cord plug in, right at the elbow. But, I think that's the way most of them are now. I love it.

I'm thrilled to be buying the Bwarm mattress pad again for my mom! After experiencing its fantastic zoned temperature control , I can’t imagine my nights without it. The ability to customize the warmth for different parts of my body truly made a difference in my sleep quality. The remote control remains incredibly user-friendly, and the overall comfort is unmatched. If you’re considering a cozy upgrade for the colder months, the Bwarm is absolutely worth it. Highly recommended once again!

I love having higher heat at my feet! The pad itself is comfortable - cannot feel the wires. The main problem is the very short controller cord. After traveling over the side to the bottom of the fitted sheet there is barely enough length to put the controller on the night stand, which has to be close to the bed. The connection to the pad is also in an awkward spot - on the left edge about 2 feet from the top. I don’t feel it while sleeping but it can be uncomfortable when pressing with an arm or knee when getting in or out of bed. It should have been placed higher under the pillow. Also, the heat settings have to be programmed each time it’s turned on. I prefer to have it remember the last setting when needing heat after being asleep. It really wakes you up to have to reset two zones plus the length of heating time. When putting it on the bed I seriously considered sending it back but having two heating zones outweighs the negatives, for me.

You never know with the heating mattress pads if they will be good or not but I can tell you this heating pad is warm and comfortable. The fact that it has a zipper to make it safely washable is great and the cord is in the perfect spot

I love this mattress pad! The Bwarm is very practical for its unique function. The zoned temperature control feature is amazing for me! At night, I can just heat the leg area while keeping the rest of my body at a comfortable temperature, making the whole night cozy. The remote control is so simple to operate, with clearly separated functions, making it very convenient for me to use. Bwarm, it’s a must-have for winter!

The control on one side stopped working and I had to slap it several time to get it to come on so I could make adjustments. It worked fine for two days. The heating was nice and comfortable when it did work. However, where the control plugs in is located on top of the mattresss where my shoulder layed on it. The cords for the controls are too short making it impossible to locate in an easy to get to location. If you use a fitted bottom sheet over the pad it shortens length of cord useage another 10 inches or so. The blue light on the face of the controls are much too bright for your eyes in the middle of the night when you illuminate it to make an adjustment. (also the light only stays on for a short period). There is no memory for the settings, every night you have to reset all the settings for upper body, lower body and hours to shut off. This is only pad I have ever owned that did not have a memory for the settings. Sorry, but I cannot recommend you purchase this pad. The best thing about it is the adjustable body multi-zone heating. Even that could be improved by having setting for three body sections on each side vs two. Fortunately, mine failed before my 30 days free return expired!

This replaced my 3d matress warmer (I have been an early adapter). From the initial user experience I find it a great balance in: seperate feet and body heat settings, the control chord is near the head out of the way with plenty length for it to sit on a night stand or hang on the wall (using stick on hanger sets),and in addition being able to unzip the top layer so you can wash it but not risk damaging the wires. The controls are intuitive, appreciate the light turns off which is bright after setting, and it remembers the last settings next time it's turned on.

We’ve been using mattress pad heaters for 20 years. They’re quite nice to warm up the bed in the winter. I have mine set for an hour just to preheat the bed. My husband uses it for eight hours. It auto shut off. We’ve had zero issues with this mattress pad heater. We’ve had others that were very complicated and had much difficulty. I also love how you can zip off the top and wash it without potentially damaging the cords inside. Speaking of the cords, I have never felt them when laying on top.

Ever since I was a child, I have suffered from cold feet that prevented me from falling asleep but since I have bought this mattress pad, my life is so much better. I now fall asleep much faster, and a keep sleeping without waking up every few hours. I wake up more rested than ever before with less hours of sleep needed. With just a few weeks, it made my life so much better.

Great choice for those chilly evening to warm up the bed!

Like it enough to buy a second one!

So far it’s been really good for my husband’s aches and pains. I find it too warm even when it’s not on. I know that when it’s winter I will be absolutely in love with it. I was scared of the price and not being a recognized brand. Desperation just won a customer for life
