That’s a good product and that is having a positive result to me. It helped me regain the health I was lacking. And I believe it will keep making part of the choices I’m doing to live a better life myself. I’m not saying that the supplement by itself will give you health though. These supplements are more pricy than others but they are completely worth it. I have been sleeping better and my blood pressure has also got slightly lower (improved), which is great. The capsules are easy to swallow but they do not taste great. Not a big issue if you just swallow them
