Feathers so Vicious: A Dark Fantasy Romance

I’m starting with dark romance and this was definitely going into the deep waters and even though I had to dissociate from time to time I love that story and the ending of book one is just top tier.although I would appreciate the wording is just to prepare myself, what’s coming. Either way I highly recommend!

There were several times when my jaw dropped, my chest tightened, or I literally felt sick, but I loved reading it. Even when I wasn't reading it, my mind wandered through the story, eager to continue reading. Eager for the sequel.

Yes. To all of your questions, yes. Is it as good as everyone says? Yes. Is it spicy? Yes. Does it have serious plot? Yes. Are there trigger warnings for a reason? Hell yes. It’s dark, it’s engaging, it makes you go through so much emotional turmoil and questioning. And the ending? That cliffhanger?!?!? I was so upset with myself that I didn’t buy book one and two at the same time. The second I got my hands on the second book I quite literally DEVOURED it. This series is always going to be a god tier series for me. The author drew me in and kept me begging for more the entire time.

Dependiendo de tu tolerancia, solo tienes que fijarte en los "trigger warnings". Te recomendaría que compraras los 2 libros a la vez. Yo no lo hice. El libro 1 termina con un final de suspense y yo estaba deseando empezar el libro 2. Los personajes son fascinantes: amor, odio... es prácticamente imposible mantenerse imparcial. Además, es la primera historia que me ha hecho llorar. Puede que necesite un día o dos para recuperarme antes de empezar otro libro 😅

"My love is not gentle or tender, or easy. It is cutting and biting, leaving behind scars as unfading as my love for you" I wish I had read this sooner as it was brilliant! Truly! well written with a completely new magic system which was well planned and executed. The characters were plotted beautifully and the story is engaging, and keeps you surprised. The MMC is truly morally grey and I couldn't get enough of him! The FMC is just vulnerable enough that she's believable in her development through the book. Warnings though: it's dark and will trigger some, also cliffhanger ending that will keep you awake desperate for more (trust me!)
