Hotel Chocolat: A New Way of Cooking with Chocolate

I love it. What a treasure of interesting recipes. I shared it with the chef and manager of a local high end restaurant and they loved it too.

Visited flagship restaurant in London last year, was a little sceptical about how good food would be when every course had an element of chocolate included- it was excellent by the way. Had the white chocolate mash, amazing! Then wondered if it would be as good if I tried it at home... well thanks to this book from my favourite shop, it was! Don’t doubt it, just try it and be surprised about how delicious chocolate food really is!

Bought to read rather than use recipes but have made some already and taste good
