My main pet cleanup issue isn't bathroom accidents (thank goodness!) but rather cats barfing randomly here and there. No matter how careful I am about food choices and hairball treatments, eventually one of them leaves a mess on my hardwood floors. Worse than that is when it's in some out of the way spot and I don't find it while it's still more readily cleanable. This spray has worked very well on several "seasoned" spots I've discovered while cleaning recently. I spray it on a microfiber cloth rather than directly on the floor, and it has taken minimal effort to clean up the dry puddles, with no apparent damage to the floors at all. I'll definitely be keeping it at hand.

This is a 24 oz trigger spray bottle of Unique hard floor enzymatic urine remover/cleaner. It is meant to remove biological stains from hard floor surfaces using enzymes. Similar to other enzyme cleaners, it doesn't have a scent. I had a spot on my laundry room floor where I temporarily had kept a trap with a feral cat prior to taking him for surgery, and despite my best efforts with pee pads he managed to somehow pee on the floor. I cleaned it right away with regular soap and water so it was not something that I could smell, but for the last couple of months it has caused quite a bit of excitement for the resident felines in my household who obviously could still smell it. I keep the laundry room door closed always, but the cats have been spending a lot of time sniffing under the door, and if I opened it they would go rushing in to check it out. I followed the instructions on this bottle of cleaner and sprayed the area really well, wiped it around a bit, then let it air dry. Since I've used this cleaner, the cats have finally for the most part lost their fascination with the laundry room. They are no longer hovering outside the door when I'm in there, and although they sometimes go in the room when I open the door, they quickly realize there's nothing interesting and leave. So as near as I can tell, the cats must not be smelling urine there anymore, which tells me this product did what it says and I'm happy about that. I do think the pricing might be a little high compared to other similar enzyme cleaners.

I bought this product hoping it would confirm what was advertised: that it removed dark stains from hardwood.I have applied as directed to the same spot four separate times. The dark spots remain. ,I was slower to use it, so my return window ran out. But I say it's a waste of money. It doesn't do anything special.

I have used a lot of these types of cleaners. Everytime I try a new one, I learn one thing which is I do not think they make much of a difference compared to simple old fashioned cleaners and deodorizers. This is ok, it sprays well and doesn't have much of a bad scent.

I'm incredibly sensitive/allergic to scents and chemicals. I'm able to tolerate this cleaner very well. There is a slight smell when it's first sprayed out of the bottle that, to me, quickly dissipates.One of my cats is on a territorial marking rampage. I'm not sure if this removes the urine to their senses but it does for mine.It is very expensive compared to the other brand hard floor cleaner with a cat urine line, which comes with cleaning mops. I can't tell much of a difference between the efficacy of the two. And may prefer the other a bit more.It only comes in the small bottle so if you have mostly hard flooring than it only lasts one cleaning.I reached out to this company about the smaller bottle size being the only available option and they replied with recommendations for their other products if you have a large floor space to clean. So maybe start there.

I never realize that the best thing to get rid of pet pee is by spraying enzymatic cleaner on it. It breaks down the pee and works so well. My dog no longer pees on a spot that the previous owner's dog has peed in. It's quite nice as I've struggled for years trying to get rid of the urine smell. So happy it cleans easily. Worth a try if you're running into the same issue.

It worked well for "accidents" that are discovered fairly quickly. I had found one accident that was found the next day so it probably sat for at least 10 hours on a light-colored surface. A number 2 accident! Unfortunately, the spray could not clean this accident up completely so a stain still remains. I'll have to sand and paint the area but it was a good effort on the spray.

I received this bottle without damage unlike some other reviews that were not so fortunate. I like the fact there is no smell to the spray and it seems to work well for me as I use it for a fast and easy cleanup.
