Wahl Professional Beret Trimmer Corded and Cordless Operation Lithium Ion Ultra Quiet

These trimmers perform really great. The biggest selling point for me was the "ultra quiet" part. These are truly whisper quiet which is great for those of us who get ready for the day before others even wake. Additionally, they cut very close, better than cheaper $20 models. They cut close and cut a very straight line which is nice.If I had just one issue with these, it's that the body of the clippers is very rounded. Not a big deal of course, and make them very ergonomic, but when I set it down on the counter, it tends to rock back and forth. I'd prefer if they had one part of the trimmers that was relatively flat so it wouldn't rock. I won't subtract any stars for this because it doesn't take away from how they perform. It's just a personal preference.I highly recommend these clippers for anyone who is looking for a more quiet model. Some models out there are loud enough to wake the dead, including some Wahl models. In fact, I believe Wahl has made their cheaper models much louder over the years to push people to these more expensive models. That said, it doesn't take away from the performance of these. I would definitely buy again.

I use this in the salon almost daily! It holds a charge well, is quiet and lightweight but gets the job done getting all the little neck hairs and around the ears

Just got these and tried them on my boys. They are 1 and 2 years old. They didnt mind a bit! These are nice and quiet, get down very close to skin. I will say when I worked in a salon I used a wahl mag and I do think the mag is a tad nicer. It just seemed like a little better quality but I still really like these and will be using them on all my men's cuts! So exited.

This was a great pair of clippers, would have gotten 5 stars, battery life was good, reliable, sharp and a close cut, except for a few issues. After 9 months of ownership, it fell out of my pocket (while I was sitting down, less than 2 ft from the ground), and it basically exploded into pieces, unfixable... I expected to have this for years but that ended after 9 months. If they offered some support at that point I'd still give them 4, maybe 5 stars, but this thing was built with great blades and cheap plastic. This was also noticed immediately with the charging base, which barely, loosely fits the clippers and they fall out of it constantly with the slightest bump. @wahl, reach out to me and I'd be happy to adjust this post, but for everyone else, if it's still here, they didn't stand by what they made...

great trimmer + ergonomic. this is like my 3rd one. i broke the other two by dropping them on a tile floor usually the trimmer head piece break. for shaving/trimming purposes they are great. hold a charge a very long time. very quiet. never got hair pulled from blades so they must be very sharp. if i break this one by dropping it i will buy another :-)
