I love this backpack BUT it should NOT be shipped in just its original plastic "bag." I have shopped with Retrofacts before and I have never been disappointed, but this time I was because it was shipped this way. These backpacks can be EASILY squashed so they should always be shipped inside a box. Maybe this was Amazon's fault?? Retrofacts has a 100% positive rating so I wasn't about to ruin it for this, but I almost did give it less than five stars because of this. Retrofacts, please tell Amazon to ship Loungefly backpacks in boxes. If this was Retrofacts' own call, then this message is for your store directly. Aside from that, fantastic backpack!!! Thankfully it arrived unscathed!! The colors are so vibrant!! Great job on this Exclusive! I missed buying it on first release, happy it's back! Wouldn't pay the ridiculous prices on ebay! Vibrant colors and I got so many compliments at Universal Studios when I wore it to the park. I just wish it had a better front pocket and it would have scored a 5 star instead. If you don't care about the front pocket, then this bag is perfect for you
