The best gluten free flour I've ever used in the 16 years I've been gluten free due to wheat allergy. Works great in breads, cakes, banana bread etc. Doesn't taste weird and is NOT grains or chalky. LOVE IT

I’ve only used it once to make cornbread, but the cornbread was great.

I’ve tried a lot of gluten free flours and this one beats them all. Nice texture and flavor. I substitute this in all my recipes, simply using baking powder instead of soda for recipes. I’ve also mixed this flour with almond flour and it works fabulous for frying chicken.

Worked like wheat flour. Just pricier. Seems likeGluten Free products are rapidly improving. Had some Miss Jones snickerdoodles that beat out any wheat flour cookie.

When you need and A/P GF flour without xathan gum, this is a great choice. It's always of the highest quality. I wish it was available in larger bags (this is a small box). If it is, someone point me in the direction! I find King Arthur always of the highest quality and consistently fine. And, K.A. doesn't use legume flour; and for me, that's essential. Highly recommend!
