Great Value
First off, Suzanne Bowen is my favorite instructor and I own six other dvds of hers and love them all.Slim & Toned is my favorite. A really wonderful yet challenging total body workout. I am intermediate and I’m able to complete the dvd with the modifications at 33 weeks and feel great after.Sleek & Toned is great also however the two lower body sections are way more challenging than the other three sections so I split it into two separate workouts. I still really enjoy the dvd but just feel that the Slim & Toned is a more balanced workout.The Long & Lean workout is where the set lost a star for me. The standing section is nice and challenging but I wish it had a little more variety. The mat section was not great. It is challenging but the moves feel very awkward and once I got to 32 weeks I could not do it without straining my back. She also doesn’t have a modifier in this one like she does in the other two and while she makes a few verbal suggestions for modifications this section desperately needed more.Overall I was happy with my purchase and still got the value out of the set considering Slim and Seek each retail for about $20. I do agree with the other reviewer that an insert was need breaking down all of the workout times etc. Also she specifies I’m Sleek and Slim that these are great postnatal workouts as well. I’m not sure about Long and Lean but there is a bonus postnatal section on that one.

Effective program to tone and shape safely during pregnancy
I was really happy with this set! Prior to finding out I was expecting I had gotten into shape with another program and bought this with the intention of having a pregnancy focused system to prevent me from losing all the progress I had made. I was really surprised to find that I was making noticeable improvement in my overall physique with noticeable lifting and toning all over my body! It also helped me put off a lot of the low back and pelvic pain I’d had in previous pregnancies until the very end. I like to follow my energy level when pregnant and not push myself, so I liked that the workouts were short lengths; some days I would do just one segment, others I might do two or more. Planning to use these to get back into shape postpartum rather than going back to the other program I was using.Gave four stars because there were just a couple picky things that bothered me—the instructors delivery was not the most polished I’ve seen and also it would be helpful to have a list of the workouts and their lengths because there are so many workouts to choose from. You can copy this info from one of the product pictures.

amazing for moms with diastatis recti
Love the workouts here. They are challenging but not too terrible. The moves are simple enough my two year old likes to mimic what I’m doing, but the movements are focused enough that I feel my muscles working. The best part is I feel like these would be ideal for post baby workouts. I struggle with diastatis recti and most of the moves would help with fixing this issue. In fact the instructor does a lot of work with the pelvic floor which is exactly what my poor stretched out abs need.

Relaxing, Safe, Effective, Great Value
Excellent value for almost four hours of workouts. These DVDs have kept me toned and relaxed through several babies. Highly recommend for safe, effective exercise for those wanting to look and feel good during and after their pregnancies.

Just ok
Just ok. I hate that there is new pamphlet with work out descriptions and length times! I like to know how long the work outs are in case I only have so much time!

Only 2 disc work out of the 3 in the case.
The workouts are great but my problem is it’s a 3-disc set and only two of my disc work. The third disc just sits on the warning screen and doesn’t change. But the other two disc work great. Also the 3rd disc is NOT scratched so I don’t know why it won’t work.

This set gives you a variety of workouts to suit every stage of your pregnancy. I bought this set early on during the first trimester. It gives you the option to make your workout as challenging as your body allows or use modifications as you approach the later stage of pregnancy. As a first time mom, I also appreciated the insightful tips and physiological changes to expect throughout pregnancy.

Challenging
I purchased 6 different prenatal workout DVDs, this set being one of them. This is definitely the most challenging of all. All three discs in this set are pretty similar in style so if you’d like more variety in your workouts, you’ll need to purchase additional prenatal workout DVDs from a different fitness trainer.
