I like using wooden spoons and bowls for the more natural experience at least for me when eating. It just feels and looks right to me and after all, eating should be a pleasurable experience. Priced right, nice quality product.

I bought this for entertaining in the summer but I will use it year-round. The bowl is large enough to serve a large table of people. The cherry color is fabulous. I can't believe how affordable it is, it looks and feels like it was handmade by a craftsman. I thought I would try salad hands because we already have nice wood serving spoons. The hands are fun to use and don't tip out of the bowl as easily. I highly recommend it. I bought a second set for our summer rental.

I bought the pack of 4 small bowls. While the width is great, I really wish they were deeper. This is always a problem with wood bowls as they all seem to be made too shallow. If you want larger, you must jump to a serving bowl size, which is way too large for individual servings. I like a deep bowl for oatmeal, salads, and the like. I will go ahead and keep these, but I’m still on the lookout for something 4” to 5” deep and 7” wide.

I use this for chakra stones and sometimes I will fill it with uncooked rice and put all my stones and or selenite in there with burning incense sticks. Very convenient especially if you want to place it around the house for energy cleansing etc

I have a post purchase satisfaction with this bowl that sustains me on these cold lonely pandemic nights. Have you ever been frustrated that your joie de vivre while making a Cesar Salad just loses a beat because the bowl is too small, or it’s just not good enough quality? Now I WOW my guests (mostly a collection of stuffed animals from my childhood) with its depth, it’s durability and its exquisite quality as I smash my garlic, muddle my anchovies and perform the daring dance of tossing a Cesar Salad with gusto! Thank you for this important contribution to my culinary explorations during these trying times as I stave off the darkness....

The wooden bowls are so cute!

The inside is curved, as a proper salad bowl should be. The base is flat, so the bowl stays steady during use. Perfect for making Caesar salad. A bit more expensive, but the wood grain is beautiful.
