I'm 5'8" and stocky. I was warned about sizes being small, so ordered XL with a view to returning, but it fits nice. Generous but not too big. I'd go for a large, if you like a looser fit.

X large, But even if you order too small or large they will exchange very quickly as they did for me, They have a great customer service..

Q: Is the material soft or hard and scratchy? How long is the large and extra long back neck to hem? Does the bottom go very baggy after wearing it?

the material was rather hard, almost like burlap, the fit was baggy all over almost - again - as if i was wearing a burlap potato sack. With a hood. It wasnt so much short, more the pockets were too high up and made it awkward to wear .
