McVitie's Gluten Free Hobnobs Biscuits 150g

I recently tried the McVitie’s Gluten Free Hobnobs Biscuits (150g) and they were just okay overall. They still have that familiar oaty Hobnob flavour, which is nice, and it’s good to have a gluten-free version that feels close to the original. They’re crunchy and work well as a quick snack with tea or coffee. However, I didn’t find them particularly exciting compared to the regular version. The texture felt a little different—slightly drier and not quite as satisfying—and they didn’t have that same rich, moreish taste I was expecting. They’re fine, but nothing special. Overall, they’re an acceptable gluten-free alternative, but I probably wouldn’t go out of my way to buy them again unless I needed a GF option.

These gluten-free Hobnobs have been a hit in our house! We use them for a cheesecake base, and they crush perfectly while keeping that lovely oaty flavor. But that’s not all, my partner loves having them with a brew or just as a snack on their own. Crunchy, slightly sweet, and full of classic Hobnob goodness, they manage to be delicious and gluten-free, which is no small feat. Whether it’s baking or dunking in tea, these Hobnobs never disappoint. Tasty, versatile, and a definite cupboard favorite. 🍪☕

So very yummy have ordered them previously and do not affect my intolerances to gluten.

These re so moreish! Delicious, in a weird way they taste even better than the regular ones. Perfect for a biscuit loving coeliac like me. Get them. My only complaint (which is why I haven’t given it a 5 star rating) is that there are not many in each packet. Come on McVities you can offer us better value than this!

Wonderful value for money, the fact that they are gluten free does not mean they taste any different. I was thoroughly pleased with the condition they arrived in, NOT A SINGLE BISCUIT WAS BROKEN!

Bought these for my wee mate who’s been diagnosed with gluten intolerance. They taste great pretty much same as regular ones and compared to other biscuits they’re not bad for the price

Far too sweet for me

The BEST gluten free biscuits out there. Literally incredible!!! They are so so so sooo good! Highly recommend anyone gluten free to try these, you’ll love them!!! Actually life changing. I will be buying these regularly!

These are delicious, I love that they’re not sweet. I was a little worried that they’d be in pieces because the box was smashed. I’m not sure why they shipped them in a bag.

Not only did it take forever to reach Canada, this is yet another food product where the seller neglects to post all nutrition information. Sure it’s gluten free but it may contain nuts, milk, eggs, soya; I am allergic to more than one of these. Absolute waste. Obviously I can’t comment on the taste of the actual product.

Although these are great GF cookies, this is the second time that I have received them broken. I might as well hav e purchased cookie crumbs and will NOT be ordering them again.
