Pizza Turning Peel 8-Inch (20cm), 122 cm Long Perforated Aluminium Pizza Paddle with Detachable Wood Handle for Any Pizza Grill Oven

We have an outdoor pizza restaurant and cook in a large homemade pizza oven. This pizza paddle is excellent quality, very sturdy and a really good size. It is better than some of the previous ones we have had- very pleased with our purchase! Would recommend to others.

I've recently started making my own pizzas at home, and this pizza peel has been a handy tool to have in my kitchen arsenal. The anodized aluminium is sturdy and lightweight, making it easy to manoeuvre in and out of the oven. I love the perforated design, which helps to prevent the pizza from sticking and ensures a crispy crust.The detachable handle is a clever feature, as it makes the peel much easier to store when not in use. It also extends to a decent length, protecting my hands from the heat of the oven. The peel is easy to clean, too, which is always a bonus.My only gripe is that it took a few tries to get the hang of launching and retrieving the pizza smoothly. However, with a bit of practice, I've gotten the hang of it, and it's now a seamless part of my pizza-making process.

I use a standard aluminum peel at work and was hoping this would be similar as it looks higher quality and costs more, but it's not great. Nice finish on the metal and the wood looks nice but the actual metal of the peel is strange and bendy, the kind of metal you can bend a few times and then it snaps. The one we use at work has turned thousands of pizzas and the metal has a kind of spring to it, like a twang, whereas this one if you put a small amount of force on the end it just bends and then stays like that unless you bend it back. I'm very gentle with my tools and it bent during normal use, I just bent it back but it's bending across the straight line where the peel body meets the handle mount and this is a weak point. Very quickly this will fatigue the metal and snap off. It will do until it breaks, but I don't cook pizza at home that often and I was hoping that this might be a nice peel that would last.I'd also hoped the handle would be easily detachable for taking camping. It is strictly speaking detachable, but you have to disassemble it with a screwdriver.Buy a £20 with a rounded attachment to the handle not a flat plate.

As summer hits, many of us now have fancy outside pizza ovens OR those cheaper types that can be placed on top of barbeques. Which ever it is, you ABSOLUTELY need a paddle, otherwise it is just not functional, there is no other way to get the pizza in and out of the oven. This is a decent one with a really long handle, works well and easy to put together, good item.

Pala da pizza lunga 1,22m. Legni raffinati che non lasciano schegge, facilissima da montare tramite viti e bulloni tutto incluso. La pala è un po' piccolina, sia come circonferenza che come lunghezza, ma è ottima per pani e pizze in forni piccoli--. Non flette, è leggera e molto maneggevole. Qualità superiore al prezzo di vendita. Super consigliata, ottima anche come regalo se avete la possibilità di far incidere il legno!

Das Turning Peel ist an sich gut allerdings bevorzuge ich eines mit einer durchgängigen Stange und nicht eins was in zich Einzelteilen zusammengeschraubt werden muss.diese ganzen Verbindungen machen das alles irgendwie labiler und es fühlt sich nicht so richtig spielfrei an.Allerdings muss man das halt auch schauen ob man das Teil für 2-4 Pizzen 1x die Woche oder alle 2 Wochen braucht oder im täglichen Einsatz.für 1x in 1-2 Wochen ist das so absolut in Ordnung.

Mimiuo Pala per Pizza in Alluminio è arrivata smontata nella sua confezione. Risulta facile da montare e molto bella esteticamente. Il manico è in legno mentre la pala è in alluminio, ma risulta essere molto sottile e sembra anche facile da piegare.Con un diametro di circa 20cm ovviamente non è adatta a pizze di misura classica.Secondo me non vale assolutamente il prezzo.
