Heat 1 tablespoon vegetable oil in a large pan. Add 4 diced, medium sized chicken breasts and stir fry until meat is sealed and browned. Pour over the jar of sauce and simmer for 15 minutes, turning occasionally. Alternatively, use prawns, mixed vegetables or lamb. Adjust simmer time accordingly. Serves 4.
