This is so fine and silky - I think it's finer in texture than the Johnson's I used to buy (that seems to be no longer available - everything is corn starch which I can't use). Talc is only harmful if you get it airborne and breathe it in, which is true of any powdered substance. I added 2 drops of essential oil to my little bowl, stirred it in and I've got a lovely scented talc powder that I use a puff with. A little inconvenient in a bag vs the ready to use bottle, but that's fine; I'll keep ordering.

This is real talc, super fine, silk smooth and absorbent. I made some body powder with this and the mGanna Zinc Oxide Powder. 80%/20% Talc/Zinc Oxide. and it works soooo much better than all the cornstarch powders you have to buy at stores. I am using badger shaving brush that I already and a small rubbermaid container for the Talc/Zinc powder. I apply a small amount in my groin and inner thigh area which lasts all day and keeps me dry. I also apply in chest area and under arms. The Zinc is antimicrobial so I don't have to use deodorant. I do not have body odor there or anywhere else. I highly recommend and will order again.

Good quality talc, I use as substitute for baby powder as corn starch in all the baby powder now doesn't work for me. Came two days quicker than expected.

When a certain baby powder no longer became available, the only product available by the same company was cornstarch-based. I hated it. I went online and found this pharmaceutical-grade talc on Amzon and have been using it ever since Solved a problem for me.

This batch feels more gritty than the previous orders. It is more chalk like than the smooth talc. Disappointed with this order. It used to feel perfectly smooth with no grit or chalky texture. The past 3 batches of talc was perfectly smooth. Update: I've reached out to Archie and communication was awesome and understanding. Hopefully it was an isolated batch issue regarding the rough chalky gritty texture. It is currently under batch investigation. Hopefully it will be back smooth again.
