Judging by the packaging i would not buy this again. It has a screw on lid that disintegrates when you are opening it , so you are consuming the stuff off the lid. I had to put them in another container. Cheap and nasty

I'm not sure what's going on with labelling recently, or perhaps I'm not understanding something, but I recently got some supplements that said NMN on the label but actually contained NAD. These say NAD on the label but list NMN as the ingredient. My understanding is that NMN is a precursor to NAD and more easily absorbed, so that's what I'm after - and that's what seems to be in this (together with the trans resveratrol and other ingredients). The god save is that it's only one capsule per day, rather than two, and seems to be well made. Price point is at the higher end. Time will tell if it's worth it.

I chose NAD+ for its reputation, and it hasn't disappointed! I feel more vibrant and healthier.
