Recently used these Gels on a long distance race. They fuelled my run perfectly, tasted great and are only 2 ingredients. I had no GI issues afterwards and have even tried one on my fruit and yogurt bowls. Will be getting more before my next race

Absolutely love these gels, they are my go-to for long runs/ cycles. Compared to other gels, they are super easy to open and no sticky hands. It might not sound like a big deal but theres nothing worse than struggling to open a gel when on the go. The flavour is sweet - its maple, but leaves no synthetic aftertaste like other fake flavourings, so I much prefer these. Viscosity is good, not lumpy at all - just like a watered down syrup. Honestly, will never look to any other company for my gels from now on.

A small and lightweight packet makes it easy to pack and take with. Ordered towards the end of November 2023 and the sachet has a best before date of July 2025. I took it prior to a weightlifting session to help fuel my workout. Tasted great. Well I do like the flavour of maple syrup. Didn't taste too salty. I did have to squeeze the sachet between a finger and thumb to get a little of the remaining product out of the sachet. Probably better suited to marathon running and long distance cycling activities; or as a backup on camping and hiking adventures. As the product does seem rather expensive at £2.79 per single sachet. Works out cheaper buying a 24 pack but this quantity may be too many for some people; so a smaller sized cost saving pack would perhaps be a good idea? For other people who frequently consume this type of product, a larger pack may be more useful.

Fab product! they taste absolutely lush, not sticky, easy to open and best of all they only have 2 ingredients! these are now my go to gels!

I decided to try these running gels as my energy levels when I exercise and go for a run, I found myself being able to exercise for longer periods and great taste, all natural products . Didnt find any side affects and I will continue to use them when I train

My partner has IBS and I have been looking for energy gels which wouldn't trigger him. Price of this one we thought was good for the amount you get! This is also the first one I have got for him that he said he not only likes the taste of but it actually works as well! So from him it's 100% recommended for anyone with gastro problems.
