Maxed temp gauge and hard start
03 Acura CL type S: Temperature gauge was maxing as soon as ignition was turned. Difficult to start as well.A bit of troubleshooting and found this sensor to be at fault.All fixed now. Easy to install and works perfect. Great price too.

Quick & Easy to install plus it worked Rt away!
Happy husband with this item! A\C got significantly cooler! In the 50’s! Second fan, radiator, kicked on when temperature of engine got hot enough. Arrived quickly!

The connector wouldn’t latch without some modification.
The electrical connector on my 2000 Honda Insight would not latch into place on this sensor. Grinding away some plastic to enlarge the hole in the connector latch allowed the connector to latch into place on this sensor. Otherwise the sensor works great!

Cold out? Car won't start? Get this
Super easy install. Car was a no start when extra cold outside. Weird but it's part of the ingnition system core temp teadings

Worked but not for long
Turned off the CEL and I was able to drive around for 3 years before the same code was thrown again. Not only did it fail, but the sensor sheared off and separated into two parts, leaving half in the engine. Extremely poor quality for something to fail so spectacularly with next to no load on it in only 3 years
